  • Thank you

"We were very pleased with the home itself. The only problem we occurred was the amenities pass. We did NOT receive the guidelines for Mallard Lakes with our rental agreement. We was very surprised when we arrived and my teenagers went to use the pool and were denied access without an amenities pass that you had to obtain from the front office. I was told by the office that I was required to pay parking for the unit we were renting and this was included in the amenities pass for a fee of $75. A little disappointed to say the least. I was told unless I was the owner then we needed a parking pass. I feel this should be listed for the future renters. Without an amenities pass you will be denied access to the pool & hot tub and need to bring your own basketball, volleyball and tennis racket. They (Mallard Lakes) however will supply you with these with the purchase of the pass. Other than this unexpected expense we had an enjoyable time. The skylight in the bathroom lights up most of the upstairs. The home is very bright. The photos do not do the home justice. Very well maintained. Not far from Ocean City. Thank you for the use of your home."

  • First Vacation for my 1 year old

"This home was amazing!! The whole process from booking the stay to leaving was effortless with the landlords. The location is absolutely perfect with ocean and bayside views and easy access to the beach as noted in the description. The Jolly Trolley stops are so close to go anywhere in Dewey and to Rehoboth, so we did not have to take our car anywhere after initial grocery shopping trip. The hone's location though was do close to everything you could easily walk anywhere in Dewey though. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dewey, especially with a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this home for families to rent and we plan on going back!"

  • will definitly rent again!

"LOVED this property! Stayed with family and a couple small children and teens. Had something for everyone. Plenty of room, clean, spacious and clean outdoor showers and close to the beach. Kitchen was nicely equipped and bathrooms were nice as well! Downstairs garage was awesome for the kids to play pingpong on the table!! We will definitly rent this again as it gave us everything we needed (especially bedroom sizes/beds!) Thanks so much!"

  • Perfect Extended Family Vacation Home!

"Our family (6 adults, 2 children) can't stop talking about how great this property was! The layout was perfect for allowing everyone to have some privacy/space. It was well maintained, clean, and had all the comforts of home. The owners were very attentive and quickly responded to all our questions. The Bayside community is absolutely beautiful and the pool areas could not get any better. The kids splash zone was a big hit with the little ones and the adults certainly appreciated the tiki bar! Kayaking was terrific too! It was so nice having Harris Teeter and the Blue Scoop ice cream shop right outside the community entrance. The beach was an easy 8-10 minute drive. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and am already considering a return visit next year."
