  • Great week at the beach

"The condo was a great experience. I love the view of the water and of the beach towards downtown Bethany. There is always something to see. I love sleeping on the murphy bed with curtains open so I wake up with the sun but you can also close them for late sleeping. The unit is very comfortable and clean with lots of nice amenities if you want to cook in or just have a no hassle breakfast or lunch. It's so close to the beach that we spent a lot of time under the umbrella on the beach. The king size bed is extremely comfortable and the Murphy bed is very nice and convenient with overhead lights for reading. My wife loved the washer dryer set too! We have stayed in a different one bedroom at Sea Colony and this one is our favorite. We also like late night walks on the beach and walks to downtown Bethany."

  • Perfect for Families!

"My family stayed at this rental this past week and had a wonderful time! The house is a few blocks from the beach but located in a very nice neighborhood where kids can ride their bikes and play. The owner has nicely stocked the house with everything you might need. And the huge screened in porch in the back is perfect for summer nights! Thanks to the owners for a wonderful vacation. :)"

  • Leaving now. Already thinking about next year.

"I can't say enough. It was the perfect vacation for our family (4 of us including or two small boys). Broadkill people are really friendly and the area is very walkable. The beaches are clean and kid friendly. The house did not disappoint. From the great views to the comfortable couches. You will not be let down."

  • Highly Recommended

"We just returned from spending a week with our adult children and their significant others in this beautiful home. Everything was well cared for and clean. The home was fully equipped. One thing not shown in the photos was a great double chaise lounge in the sunroom. We found multiple puzzles in a storage chest in the sunroom and we enjoyed family time sitting out there putting them together, so relaxing. Dawne and Mike were easy to work with and always quick to respond. This well thought out home, with its convenient location, was a big part of our stress free enjoyment. The home is close to a lot of excellent restaurants and activities. We would recommend Mio Fratello, Nick's House of Ribs and Phillips Seafood Buffet for dinner, the Crabcake Factory Bayside and Dirty Harry's for breakfast and Justine's in OC for milkshakes. The Discover-Sea Shipweck Museum was an unexpected, interesting gem."
