  • Exceptional Experience!

"This property is well maintained, clean and stocked with all of the kitchen necessities. The condo is perfect for a larger family and especially for two families with the 1st and 3rd floor bedrooms/bath. The location is PERFECTLY located...walk to everything, enjoy the music of the Bottle and Cork and/or from Jimmy's. Short walk across 1A to the beach and a GREAT view of the bay. Robin is extremely easy to work with! A GREAT family get-away!"

  • Lovely and spacious bayside condo

"This was our first stay in a condominium and everyone was blown away with how nice and spacious the condo was. We had 8 adults and a two year old with plenty of space for everyone. It was really nice having 4 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms so everyone had privacy and more than adequate accommodations. The view of the bay and Ocean City was great with Herons and Egrets walking just outside the condo. Fireworks could be seen in OC in the evening but from a serene distance. Morning coffee and evening drinks were enjoyed on the balcony. We even had relatives visit and there was room to eat for 14. Parking was great and there are 3 restaurants next door. We visited the boardwalk in OC but were relieved to return to the peace and quiet of the condo. It is 10 minutes from the Fenwick Island state park on a busy day and a 1/2 hr drive to Assateague Island. The kitchen has full utensils including an electric pancake griddle, a blender, coffee maker, and Keurig machine. Being able to wash the beach towels every night was a big plus. All the rooms had cable TV and WiFi internet access. Everything seemed clean and well maintained. The only thing the condo lacked was an elevator but the stairs to the living area and the bedrooms were wide enough to allow easy access when carrying luggage. This is a very pleasant relaxing place to vacation near the shore."

  • Steps Away From the Beach

"I loved awakening to the sound of the ocean. We could either walk to Rehoboth or take the trolley, and restaurants and groceries are within two blocks. The owner responded quickly to my emails and was very helpful. The house was clean and as described. We are hoping to make this a yearly event."

  • Awesome Beachfront Location

"I would recommend this property for anyone vacationing in Rehoboth/Dewey (adults, families, etc.). The property is in a great location. The beach is beautiful and the pools are really nice to have, especially with kids. The staff is on the property and always available and friendly (including life guards). The property was just recently updated and is clean and well-maintained. It was a great vacation - we are planning to return again next year."
