  • Great location and close to the beach!

"This is our first time staying at this house and I would recommend it to others! It is close to the beach (3 houses away), clean and well-maintained. It is within walking distance of many good restaurants in downtown Dewey and easy access for the trolley into Rehoboth. The owner is a pleasure to work with and very timely in getting back to you with any questions, etc. Thank you, Lisa! I would definitely rent this house again. We had a great time!"

  • Fantastic place!

"What an adorable, perfect place for a low key, unfussy vacation. The house is one level, 2 bedrooms, cozy living space and kitchen, and narrow wrap around enclosed back porch. Big bonus--about 50 paces to the water. Painted wood floors, old school windows and central air help make this house a charming place to stay. We spent time with the child building sand castles, swimming, wandering out beach combing during low tide, resting on the beach and stargazing at night. Fenced in back yard is perfect for the dogs. So easy. So low key. So quiet. Also, a quick drive to Rehoboth if you want something a bit more lively with larger waves, which we did 2 of the 5 days. Don't forget your towels and sheets, though! Bedrooms are both nicely sized. The kitchen is small, so if you want to do any large scale cooking, you probably should think twice. We used the grill a lot, and boiled corn and had veggies from the local summer farm stands. These 3 humans and 2 dogs found this place a perfect vacation spot."

  • Great place, lots of space for one or multiple families

"The location is perfect for easy beach comings-and-goings as well as access to Dewey Beach restaurants. And the house itself offers lots of spaces where the folks in your group or family can retreat for a little privacy or come together as they wish. House has everything you need for a relaxing week of good beach time and good food. We can't wait for next year!"

  • Beautiful house, great vacation!

"We vacation at Dewey every year and usually try a different rental each time. I must say, this house was probably the nicest one yet. Everything was well maintained and clean, and there were many things provided that we really enjoyed...the pool table room was a big hit with the kids and we really got great use out of the beach items that were there, especially the beach cart. The amount of parking spots was another great plus for us since we had a couple of visitors come down for the day. We could have easily fit 8 cars if we needed to. Also, thanks to Gary for making everything run so smoothly."
