  • We loved this condo!

"This beach condo was perfect for my husband and me, our daughter, and 3 grandchildren. It is so clean, beautifully decorated, and contains everything we needed when we wanted to eat in. Having the washer and dryer was so nice, too. We loved sitting on the porch each night after the children were in bed. The condo community is so quiet, we could hear the water lapping on the shore. We loved being in the end unit. The views and sunsets were beautiful. The kids loved watching the birds fish and the boats come by. We had never been to Bethany before, and loved the beach and boardwalk, and whole area. My daughter even found a wonderful place that sells gluten free food, which she needs to eat. We will love to come back again."

  • Awesome Vacation Home

"Our family enjoyed a week of vacation the end of July 2014, while staying in this beautiful home. The owner an manager answered their phones immediately when we had a question or need. The older folks drove to the beach and the young folks ran to the beach in six minutes. We say thank you for allowing us to stay in a beautiful clean home that had everything you need while at the beach."

  • Fantastic House!

"My family recently stayed at this home and it was the most comfortable home I've ever stayed in while on vacation! The home is beautiful, spacious, in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. Quite simply: it was JUST RIGHT! And the owner, Mike, was so attentive and helpful. He cared about our comfort and helped us with ideas for restaurants and all our questions. This is definitely a home we would like to stay in again and I highly recommend it. You'll feel at home!"

  • Lovely Quiet Place

"We really enjoyed our long weekend at this cottage hugging the dune and right on the beach. You can't beat it's location and ease of access. Some of the things we just loved: big, new windows looking right into the dune/bay and out to the side to the beach; the big flat-screen TV - wow; great wifi; sleeping on the daybed in the sun room - what a lovely place to wake up; comfortable glider chair in sun room (perfect for my elderly mother); the accessibility for my mother who uses a rolling walker and a regular walker; terrific new patio with views to both bay and wildlife refuge; being able to bring our dog - so, so fantastic; owner's quick response to my questions and calls; friendly, helpful neighbors. This is a simple, rustic cottage with some updates. The kitchen and its equipment are basic. The furniture a mix of old/worn and new. No closets. No washer/dryer. No dishwasher. This didn't bother us. If you need and require sleek luxury or more than basic amenities, don't come here. If you want sky, water, dunes, beach, quiet, fresh air, birds (I've never seen so many blue herons and egrets in one place), simple pleasures, no stairs, and a place where you can bring your dog, then this is the place for you!"
