  • A Beautiful Property

"Our stay at this wonderful bay front home was fabulous. The house was well appointed with quality kitchenware, beautiful decorating and was spotless. The clubhouse at Bayside is just great with an exercise room, grills, an indoor and outdoor pool and game room. We enjoyed crabbing off the dock and especially enjoyed kayaking in the bay. Thanks to John and Denise for being so helpful and easy to work with. We will be back."

  • Great house!

"My family and I had a wonderful time. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the outdoor space was perfect. Fire pit area was a nice surprise. Outdoor shower came in handy. I was a little concerned about the spiral staircase but the kids (4 yr old and 8 yr old) handled it well. We would not hesitate to rent this property again."

  • No detail was missing.

"Gen and Christian are fantastic owners. I have rented with VRBO before and never have I encountered such friendly owners who are more organized. They had a terrific guest book containing all the information you need about the house and the gated community; the local hospitals; and check out procedures. Everything was included in the house – linens, towels, beach chairs, boogie board, even beach toys. You just need to show up and enjoy. If you are unfamiliar with the area, they have tons of information about the town of Bethany and the beach area in general. The house is brand new and beautifully decorated. The beach is a five minute drive away and there is always plenty of parking there. The pool at the facility is terrific as well as the workout room. The community has a small pond that is stocked with fish (that you must release) and we had a great time fishing. A brand new Harris Teeter is right across the street and rents $1 movies that you can easily watch in two of their DVD players. The house would also be a perfect getaway for the off season. They have a gas fireplace and there not everything shuts down in the off season. You will not go wrong with renting this house any time of the year!"

  • Great Rental Close to Beach!

"This house is awesome! The online pictures do not do it justice. The house has a large living room and a large family room. There is an outdoor shower and a nice back yard. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The dining room has a large table that seats 10 people, and there are 2 porches - one screened in and one open. This house is great for families. We had 5 families here with 4 small children and we did not feel cramped at all. The street is quiet, and the house is one block to the beach and an easy walk to the downtown attractions. This house is a steal for something east of Rt. 1 in Bethany. The only downside we encountered is that the fridge is too small for 13 people, but that is the case with most rentals like this. Overall, this house is great, and we would definitely rent here again!"
