  • Awesome House

"One of the best properties I have rented in the 25 years of visiting Bethany Beach! Every amenity you would want. FULLY stocked kitchen including waffle iron, crockpot! Toaster Oven, blender & more. Lots of room to spread out & bonus having 2 bedrooms on the lower level. Our family ranged in ages of 19 - 80. 3 generations and my little bichon pup. Location is convenient to Bethany & grocery stores. Nice & quiet! Lovely community. House has a shuttle stop across the street. Exercise room & pool were great! Loved having keyless entry & check out was a breeze - just a phone call. Would not hesitate to recommend this property!"

  • First visit to Delaware!

"My boyfriend, my brother, my sister-in-law & I found your condo perfect for our stay in beautiful Rehoboth Beach. We had plenty of space in the condo, we enjoyed the area--the bike trail, the beach, the parks, the outlet stores & of course we sampled a few local restaurants (and we made a day trip to Cape May!) I'm so glad we picked the off season to visit, I can only imagine how busy the beach must get during the summer and we definitely prefer low-key destinations. Fortunately we had great weather during our stay, just prior to our arrival there was a storm that damaged some of the buildings in Sanibel Village and if I had to come up with one complaint, it would be the maintenance guys' arrival one morning to repair the damaged ceiling. We understood the ceiling needed repaired, but it was a little early for our group since we were sleeping in; on a positive note, the guys were very cooperative & agreed to come back later. Overall, we had a fantastic week. Thank you for allowing us to call your condo 'home' for the week!"
