  • Great Place for a Family

"This property was a great place for our family. We used the yard for Can Jam and outside games. The outside shower was great for when we returned from the beach. We used the grill many times. The beach is just a short distance away. The views from the decks were great to see some of the sunsets. It was in a quiet, residential neighborhood that was enjoyable to take walks. Look forwarding to staying there again."

  • Nanny65

"My husband and I took our adult children and grandchildren for a week at Bethany Bay. There were 5 adults and 4 teenagers. Everyone was impressed with the condo. There was ample room for everyone to have some privacy . One bedroom had several bunk beds which made a great place for the teenagers. The deck is a beautiful location where you can view both the sunrise and the sunset. The unit is located on the third level and there is a spiral staircase to the second floor in the unit, so people with difficulty doing steps could find this a problem. The unit had a few minor maintenance problems, but was generally clean and well appointed. Linens are not included. There is a local linen service that delivers and picks up which we used for convenience. The owners were quite pleasant to deal with ."

  • PERFECT!!!

"This place is absolutely unbelievable! We stayed here for a "girls' week" and are soooo glad we did! My mom(70), myself(44), and my daughter(15) and her friend stayed, and we were so impressed! The place is IMMACULATE, beautiful, spacious, and just altogether perfect! Having a full bathroom on each of the 3 floors is a HUGE plus (especially with all girls!), and the teens essentially had their own little apartment on the first floor, with their own TV, living room, eating area, and patio. Three floors ensured privacy if needed, while the huge kitchen and open living and dining areas and deck allowed us together time. We were within walking distance of the movie theaters and water park, which gave the kids freedom to go play! I will be back!!!"

  • A month at the shore.

"My wife and I arrived here April 1st and have stayed for the month, it has become our home away from home. The condo is nicely furnished and comfortable with 2 bedrooms, an open loft and 2 full baths. While we didn't take advantage of all there is to offer, there are hiking/biking paths, indoor/outdoor pools, numerous tennis courts and I believe two gyms. The beach and Bethany's boardwalk are just a short distance away. The owner was very accommodating in making the arrangements and overall we had a very pleasant time. My only complaint would be that if you have neighbors at the time of your stay, the walls are very thin. That said, I would certainly recommend this condo and the Sea Colony resort. A quiet place to be in April."
