  • This is a place we would love to go back when going to Rehoboth

"Our family spent a wonderful week at Rehoboth Beach and being at this condo made all the difference. The location is absolutely perfect: you can walk or bike everywhere in downtown Rehoboth. The condo is in a quiet residential area so you have all the convenience of a great location without the noise and the congestion. If you want to take your car one day you can use the parking pass that is provided. The owners are really nice and the renting process was easy and straight forward. We got our deposit back less than a week after we left the place. The condo is very comfortable, it has lots of light, a nice view of the neighborhood and feels big. It has new wooden floors on the living room area ( including dinning room and kitchen) and new carpet on the stairs. Other areas, including the bathroom, are not renovated but work pretty good. It's important to remember to bring your own bedding and towels as expected. It does not hurt to bring some blankets and a bath rug as well if you think you are going to need them. We would love to go back to this place when going to Rehoboth and we we will recommend it to other families."

  • “Perfect Family Vacation Home in Lewes, DE”

"This was our first time renting a home in Lewes, Delaware and it resulted in one of our best family vacations ever! My husband and I, as well as our children and grandchildren, spent one glorious week in this beautiful home located within the “Villages of Five Points” along Savannah Road. It was so close to restaurants, the Midway Movies, playgrounds, downtown Historic Lewes and its beaches, Cape Henlopen State Park, the Rehoboth boardwalk, outlet shopping, sightseeing, etc. The home looked exactly as it did online. The house was clean and very comfortably furnished, kind of like a cross between Pier 1 and Crate & Barrel. There was so much room to move around without anyone being on top of one another. We especially enjoyed the first floor master bedroom suite, tucked away from the rest of the family for privacy. The three large upstairs bedrooms accommodated two queen size beds and two twin beds, just what we had looked for online when booking this place through VRBO. And we were pleasantly surprised to see that it had 2-zone air-conditioning, which was a real plus for us! The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking inside or outside on the gas grill, which we did for two nights during our stay. Our favorite part of the home was the back deck. We enjoyed the lounge furniture, as well as the outdoor table and chairs. It was such a nice, quiet neighborhood…no noise from other neighbors or traffic. My husband and I really loved having morning breakfast and conversation out on the deck each day! The owners provided beach chairs, beach towels, bed linens, bath towels, etc., which many homes and condos do not provide. They also provided a list of recommended restaurants and activities, along with lots of brochures of local places to visit. The grand-kids loved the nearby beaches, particularly the one in Lewes! Our son enjoyed his early morning jog each day along the development’s running path, and all of us enjoyed the swimming pool, which was only one block away. Also, our adult children spent many an evening at the Greene Turtle while we babysat their kids.  Lastly, all of us enjoyed watching the Orioles beat Toronto and St. Louis on the family room’s flat screen TV. Go O’s!!! What a lovely home in a beautiful community!! We definitely hope to return to this beach house next summer and continue to make many more family memories. Thanks so much Kate and Jarek for renting your home to us."

  • Perfect family beach vacation

"We rented this house with two other couples and 2 kids and it was great. Very charming house with lots of character. Plenty of places to hang out. Kitchen is small but open and big peninsula. The view of the bay was lovely and the sunsets were great. It was very comfortable and felt like home. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. The house is located at end of South Bethany so beach was never crowded. The owners were very accommodating, answering multiple questions by email and being very flexible with check in and check out times. I would recommend to anyone."

  • Great place to stay with children and extended family

"Condo comes well equipped including lots of toys for toddlers and preschoolers and great beach toys, chairs and an umbrella for days on the beach. Location is also great - right on one of the lakes and just a short walk to playgrounds and pools. Furnishings in the condo were also just right. Our family loved this place!"
