  • Beautiful Condo

"The place was absolutely beautiful, well kept with everything you need. The sheets and towels were provided which is a huge space saver on packing the car. The passes for gym and pools provided another big plus. We will definitely rent again."

  • Fantastic Place to Stay - Great Family Fun

"My family and I had an absolutely fantastic vacation. The villa was very clean when we arrived and very well furnished. There were beach chairs and a rolling cooler available in the garage for use during the week. The kitchen had everything necessary including glasses, dishes, and pots and pans. Our girls loved the pool in the development and we found the location very convenient to the nearby beaches. In fact, it took me only 6 minutes to get to Coastal Highway ... by bicycle. We would highly recommend this place and would absolutely book it again for a vacation next year."

  • Excellent family accommodations

"I spent a week at Canary Cottage with my husband, stepkids, and four teenaged granddaughters. The house was perfect for the eight of us (though it accommodates more): four bedrooms allowed us plenty of room to spread out. The common area downstairs has a huge well-equiped kitchen and dining and lounge space. There were plenty of nooks and spaces to find spots to read, do puzzles, go on the internet (no problems for us at all) -- or to be with everyone as moods and activities dictated. The pool is a huge plus, and was wonderful on the hot days during our week. The house is a half-block to the main street of Rehoboth and easily accessible to restaurants and shops. We drove to the outlets and a couple of restaurants on Route 1, but it's easy to get by keeping the car in the driveway. The owners were very pleasant to deal with and very responsive to the few minor problems we encountered. The price is very reasonable by Rehoboth standards. Hope to come back!"

  • Lovely townhome with great location

"Everything was great about this home, except for the A/C in the downstairs master bedroom. There is an A/C vent in the bedroom, but very little air comes out of it. The owner's response to our request to have the A/C serviced was that "there is no A/C in the downstairs master bedroom". This response was totally unexceptionable. I had to spend a week with a family member who was uncomfortable. The owner should either fix the A/C or let prospective renters know ahead of time that they will have an A/C problem if they rent this unit."
