Wedding Weekend Stay
"Condo was very neat and comfortable. Great location, accessible to everything in the area.
Owners were very pleasant and helpful.
Would have liked a larger quantity of towels. Welcome folder could have been more specific.
(ie: instructions for TV) All in all we had a great stay and would definitely go back."

"This is a beautiful home in an idyllic location. It is wonderfully decorated -- and grandly spacious. There are so many rooms -- both indoor and outdoor -- to choose to relax in...or to have dinner, read a book, enjoy a glass of wine, or take a nap. My favorite is the screened in back porch...with a great view both up and down the canal. My second favorite spot was the front porch for morning coffee and morning sun-bathing while overlooking the front yard pool. Although we were a tiny group...the house could easily accommodate a large extended family and still offer a sense of privacy for all. I stayed in the upstairs master suite with the private bath and shower. It's corner of the house location offered windows on two sides...and again the lovely canal view. Listening to the various birds in the morning was another treat us city girls don't get very often. The house is a short and easy walk to the clubhouse and pool...and for just a few steps further, you are on the beach. I can't wait to come back to this lovely and meticulously appointed home!"

Great clean place, close to 1a and not far from beach.
"My family arrived Thursday afternoon. We walked into a clean, cozy, and modern condo. The deck out the back was nice for grilling and having meals. We could bring our dogs which was awesome, because they are a part of our family too. The price was right for the location. It was right off 1A where all the shops and restaurants are. We walked to the beach, and didn't have to worry about finding parking. The deck upstairs was awesome to relax before bed and 1st thing in the morning. We will be renting the place again next year the weekend before Memorial Day weekend. We loved it so much."

"This is a nice place, I recommend it. There were 3 couples and 2 kids and we had plenty of room. The main floor is on the second floor and is very nice and open. We spent a lot of time here and on its balcony as well. Plenty of dishware, pots and pans. There are a couple of wake boards in the garage, and we left some beach toys there for the little ones. Keep in mind you will be going up a lot of steps all week! But that's pretty typical of townhomes. We are booking a different one next year only because of the twin beds in the basement. I hate twin beds, one couple always gets stuck with them if you have 3 couples going. Plus kids can sleep just fine in full beds so I just don't get why so many places do this at Rehoboth.
The Junction and Breakwater trail is literally right behind the townhomes, so if you are a runner, biker, or walker you will love this. One of us rode the trail on his bike and loved it, it took him all the way to Lewes and he said it's the best trail he has ever rode on.
Nice pool, and it has a clubhouse right there with a small exercise room for a rainy day that has I think 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and a recumbent bike.
The best thing about this place and why we are renting in the same complex next year is the quick access to the beach, etc. Its exit is a traffic light and was so much easier to get around because of this. And when you are leaving the beach, the service road takes you right back to the townhome. We stayed at the Palms last year which is very close by by traffic was soooo much easier on Route 1 this year so we feel its location made a big difference.
The only issue we had was our comforters were pretty stained and gross. The cleaning crew can't possibly have time to wash all of them so I recommend just washing them when you get there. I can't really fault the owner for that, except maybe to mention washing them upon arrival in their check-in/check-out instructions.
Overall, a great stay!"
