  • Wonderful stay for the family and the Yorkies!

"This place is comfortable and has all modern conveniences needed. Loved the rain shower in the loft, the outdoor patio with grill and the modern kitchen. Spent a lot of time relaxing on the patio with my Yorkies. We found everything we needed in the house for a week's stay, including beach chairs and a gate to keep the dogs contained while we went to the beach or town. The adorable town and beach was walking distance. Outlets were a 5-minute drive away. The parking spots and town parking pass was much appreciated. I would return to Rehoboth and to this house as well in the future. Thanks to the owner for good communication and providing everything needed."

  • Excellent!

"We had a fantastic trip at this place. The location was great! It was wonderful that it was off the beach because it was much calmer and the pool was perfect."

  • The Perfect Condo

"My husband and I were delighted by Valentina's condo. It is perfectly clean, well-stocked, has up-to-date furniture and appliances, and has a lovely view of the ocean. Plus, it's nice to be on the 2nd floor -- very accessible to everything. We loved our visit there and will definitely come back."

  • heaven near the beach!

"We just finished a wonderful visit to this beach house. I was glad to find that the other reviews are accurate. Clean home, very spacious, quiet neighborhood, excellent location. We had a big group and yet we were not all on top of each other. Bedrooms are really comfortable and nicely decorated. The main family room / den is a massive open air room with really fun hand painted art on display. The kids enjoyed critiquing all the colorful beach inspired paintings! Speaking of kids, plenty to do in this location. Our kids were barely in the house. At the beach, Or at the pool ( this is closest house to pool), riding bikes around the quiet streets, on kayak down at the water, hunting frogs at night, even finding other kids from neighborhood to hang out. While some might enjoy just staying in the community, my favorite thing was hitting the local beaches. All the beaches are just a short drive which is appreciated after a long day. Easy access to tons of shops and restaurants also. Love that Grottos pizza!!!!! Oh and there is a grocery store right at the entrance of the community, so buy some food and use the Weber grill.... We had a problem with A/C on 3rd night and contacted Steve. Within a few hours there was a repair man at the door! Problem solved."
