  • Great holiday

"We found the house as advertised. The ocean was right on the other side of the sand dune, just a short stroll to the beach house. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from the second story, often just reading a book in an easy chair in front of the window. Lots of space on the deck for eating (especially crabs). The beach itself was very private at this time of year. The property was clean. We were pleased that there were two outside showers, one with hot/cold water and a bench, below the side deck, and another (cold water) on the deck for a quick rinse of the feet. This way the sand wasn't dragged through the house. You could add the configuration of the beds to the website. One bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with queen bed and two twin beds, one bedroom with queen bed and powder room attached, and other bedrooms with a double futon. We had four generations enjoy the week's stay - a great grandmother (90 years old), two grandparents, two parents, and two kids 7 years and 3 years. A great holiday!"

  • Memorial Day Stay

"My friends and I stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and it was an amazing stay. It is in a great location and is a short walk to the beach and to local bars and restaurants. The house is taken care of well, has everything you need, and even includes an outdoor area to BBQ and just hang out with friends. Robin was extremely accessible and helpful. I would love to continue to stay at this home in the future!"

  • A great week at the beach!

"Thank you to the Owners of the townhouse for providing us with a wonderful place to spend our family vacation! The accommodations were beautiful and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was very convenient that the beach items were included, the beach cart made the trip to the beach very easy! Our family got plenty of use of the two bikes and two kayaks. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach getaway and we hope to return ourselves soon."

  • Russ & Linda

"Our family of six adults and two young children had a wonderful time in this rental and in the Bayside Community the end of July 2014. The house was well appointed and maintained. All the family enjoyed activities which are part of the resort: crabbing, kayaking, tennis, excellent pools, and its close to Assateague and Ocean City beaches. A free shuttle bus provided transportation to Fenwick Island beach. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. He was always prompt in returning calls and most accommodating."
