  • Yeah Baby!

"What a wonderful and comfortable place to stay. My wife and I were in the area to play some golf. Found this gem. Sooo comfortable. The course at the peninsula was in very good shape. We also played the other 2 Troon courses. Bayside w lots of carries. Bear Trap Dunes. Lots of bunkers. All were challenging. All worth playing. We also visited Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. And Ocean City MD was a 20 mile ride away. To come back home to this place was rewarding. We felt safe here. A few nature trails for a couple hour hike are on the property. Ed was wonderful to deal with. Always helpful."

  • Fantastic Location and amenities

"We spent a week at this unit, and it was delightful from beginning to end. The unit is spacious and well kept, with many thoughtful "extras" (courtyard with clothesline, upstairs and downstairs sunrooms). It is within walking distance of Dewey Beach--less than 5 minute walk. It is also within walking distance (a mile or so) of downtown Rehoboth with the boardwalk, shopping and activities. The distance from Rehoboth makes it perfect--you are close enough to walk, even at night, in safety, and far enough away that you avoid crowds and noise when you don't want them. As well the beach that is closest is generally less crowded than Rehoboth. The area is well-suited to cycling and walking, and the traffic is generally respectful of bikers/walkers. There is a weekly farmers market that is truly a "hidden gem". Our summer vacation there was great (even our teenager said so!), but I could see this place being perfect for a fall getaway. Check in and Check out were VERY easy and low stress. I highly recommend this place."

The owners are great and should you have any questions they are very responsive. Endless amenities throughout the neighborhood. Perfect rental for families with young or older children. Our family will definitely be returning."

  • Baseball tournament vacation..

"This house was perfect! We had a baseball tournament that we made it into a vacation. The location of the house was in the center of everything....beach, shopping and restaurants. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place!"
