  • Beautiful Home Close to Bars and Beach!

"This house is amazing! it has so many beds, is brand new, with a beautiful kitchen, a perfect back deck and huge yard. We walked 2 blocks to the beach and are right by the Starboard so we could easily get delicious meals. We had an amazing week in dewey because of this house and we will definitely be looking to come back here next year. This house is perfect for large groups as it can comfortably sleep 16 people."

  • Amazing place!

"We were so pleased with this condo: great location, spacious bedrooms and living area, modern kitchen with cooking/eating utensils, very clean, and a great price. The only drawback was the noise in the master bedroom at night when the bars closed. People were yelling and it was very loud at times. Also, the AC wasn't working properly one day but the problem was quickly addressed by management. Overall, it was a fabulous condo and we plan on staying there again next year."

  • Great family reunion location

"I had my entire extended family stay here for a week of beach fun. The crew included 7 children between 6 and 12 years old. There was plenty of room for everyone and the layout was great. On the plus side, the condo is right in the middle of all the Dewey excitement, within a few blocks of all the great restaurants, bars, and stores. On the double plus side, it was perfectly quiet, just far enough away from the bar scenes so as not to be disturbed. By far the best part was the proximity to the beach. 50 yards from the front door and you are on the beach, with no busy streets to cross. The kids could go back and forth without dragging the adults along. The loft was hot, but 3 girls slept up there all week with a fan and zero complaints. There was great access to free paddle board and kayak rentals which we used almost every day. The one downside--we had to bring our own linens and towels, but that was a small thing. We will be back!"

  • Great Cozy Beach Cottage

"Great place to stay. The cottage was clean and well maintained. The owners made the process very easy and were very accommodating. We had 2 adults and 2 older teenage children and had plenty of room. I loved the shade from the tree on screened in front porch. It was the perfect place to spend time after a long day on the beach. This was our first stay in Dewey Beach. We were close to everything..beach, bay, stores, and restuarants. We had our bikes it took 5-10 mins to ride to Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. The walk was less then 30 minutes. We spent time kayaking in the bay, surf fishing and of course swimming on the beautiful beach."
