  • Great Family Week at the Beach

"This house was just as described with all the convience that we needed. The house was clean and well-maintained and included everything to make our vacation memorable. Everyone had their own space to relax and there was plenty to do as a family. The owners were prompt in answering our questions as well as sent a area map and suggestions for enjoying our stay. Excellent home!"

  • This is a place we would love to go back when going to Rehoboth

"Our family spent a wonderful week at Rehoboth Beach and being at this condo made all the difference. The location is absolutely perfect: you can walk or bike everywhere in downtown Rehoboth. The condo is in a quiet residential area so you have all the convenience of a great location without the noise and the congestion. If you want to take your car one day you can use the parking pass that is provided. The owners are really nice and the renting process was easy and straight forward. We got our deposit back less than a week after we left the place. The condo is very comfortable, it has lots of light, a nice view of the neighborhood and feels big. It has new wooden floors on the living room area ( including dinning room and kitchen) and new carpet on the stairs. Other areas, including the bathroom, are not renovated but work pretty good. It's important to remember to bring your own bedding and towels as expected. It does not hurt to bring some blankets and a bath rug as well if you think you are going to need them. We would love to go back to this place when going to Rehoboth and we we will recommend it to other families."

  • The Sea Voice is Excellent!

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament and several families stayed in the Sea Voice. The moment we walked in, we were thrilled. Sometimes pictures deceive you, but these did not. The main floor of the house is very spacious, with a large and well-stocked kitchen and a huge dining table. There was a lot of seating in the living room as well and the pool table was a huge hit. All of the bedrooms were awesome too. For our group, with some people having spouses with them and some not, we were able to accommodate everyone's needs. The quilts and decorations were very nice and comfortable. The rooms don't have a lot of extra space, but I would rather have it that way as you only spend a few hours there at night. The location is fantastic too. We were literally a few steps from the beach and Funland. (FYI, Funland opened this weekend, but we were not bothered at all by noise from it). There was plenty of parking for us, so that was not an issue. Lastly, the owner Tim was very gracious and prompt in responding to any questions I had. He called the second night of our stay as I think some neighbors notified him that there were a lot of people in the house (we were having a cookout with all of our volleyball people). Understandably he was concerned that we were an underage partying crowd, but after reassuring him that we were not, he was satisfied and gave us a friendly warning about the noise ordinance in Rehoboth. Overall, we loved the house, had an excellent experience, and would highly recommend the property. We hope to return next year. • Perfect Beachfront Vacation

"There is no need to travel to North Carolina to rent a house on the beach - this house on Broadkill Beach is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation close to home (Baltimore area). The house is spacious enough to allow families (we had 4 adults and 3 children) plenty of room to enjoy time together and the sunrooms off the living room and master bedroom allow for some "quiet alone time" for reading or watching TV in the upstairs den. We enjoyed using the grill and eating on the deck. The kitchen is well equipped - you don't need to bring anything. Views from every room are spectacular. A solar lighted walkway leads right to the uncrowded beach. The bay was warmer than you would find in the ocean and the waves and undertow were a bit more calm. We caught sharks, stingrays, and croakers. Dolphins appeared one morning. The Broadkill store is so quaint - has food, ice cream, novelties, and great home-made donuts. The outlets in Rehobeth are only about 20 minutes away if you are in the mood to shop. Bring your bike! If you prefer to vacation away from the crowds and traffic of nearby ocean resorts, Broadkill is a perfect option for you. The owner, Lori, was very easy to work with and was helpful answering questions. We hope to return to this house soon !"
