"First, let me say that the Bear trap community is spectacular. We have 4 kids ages 3-13 and all had something to do. We biked everyday, this home is next to the pools and the workout center so that worked great. We ate at the restaurant next door (good food, sit outside on the golf course). Pub is fun for the adults. Downtown Bethany Beach is a small, clean, charming town close. by. We took the beach shuttle everyday and it was on time and worked well. This townhome was perfect. It was much larger than expected, we never felt crowded with 14 of us. It was nicely outfitted. Furnishings were delightful, clean. Sheets were included with towels so that saved us having to bring those. All I can say is it really worked for us. We cooked out a few days, the kitchen had everything needed. Equipped with wifi so some of us could work. We would recommend this to anyone and hope that we can make it back to this house and bethany beach."

  • A Memorable Famly Vacation!

"I actually work in the travel industry, so have traveled to many destinations. We had many family members attend a our nephews wedding in Wilmington and turned the rest of the week to a large family vacation. Four families in one house I thought would be impossible. But the layout of this house was amazing! It worked perfectly and that is very hard to find in Rehoboth! The amount of space, bedrooms and mostly plenty of parking in a beautiful quiet area of Rehoboth. The outdoor shower was great for those beach days so not to drag all the sand in. The pictures are very much true to sight! Again with working in the travel industry and having rented several places through VRBO, I can tell you that Mike was one of the best owners I have worked with. He was in constant communication and was wanting to do whatever he could to make sure this was a wonderful vacation for us. This trip was one of those rare opportunities as a growing family we would have. I am so pleased it was here at this beautiful house with a admirable owner! He takes pride in his ownership and it shows! Thanks Mike!!!!!"
