  • A MEMORABLE FAMILY THANKSGIVING

"Our family gathered here for Thanksgiving. The house lends to great family activity with lots of room and entertainment centers throughout the house. The kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed walking the short walk to the town center and to the beach. The weather was not cooperative but we were happy to stay inside and enjoy the house and each other's company. The owner was helpful."

  • Wonderful!

"This house was just about perfect for our three-generation family group. It was clean & in very good condition. The bedroom layout allowed for privacy & the common areas were more than adequate. Owner was accessible & easy to work with. Parking for cars that wouldn't fit in the driveway was a minor inconvenience. The Bayside community is very well kept, lots to do. We could've used another week there! We would definitely recommend this property."

  • Vacationing from Upstate, NY

"We just came home from our 5th year at Sea Colony. This was the first year we rented through a private owner. What a difference. The customer service was incredible. Valentina was accessible before our stay and we even talked a few times when we arrived. The condo itself was very clean and kept very nicely. It was obvious that many updates were made recently. The bed was AWESOME and the balcony furniture was so comfortable. The price was right and we will absolutely be back next year. We have definitely found our condo! Thank you Valentina for the suburb customer service, homey feeling and for sharing your condo with us!"

  • Great Experience

"We really enjoyed this beach house. Can't say enough, really. Seriously. It was spotless. It was very comfortable with lots of places to lounge. The house is very-well maintained. The furniture and decor encouraged us to relax. We could relax in the living room, in the screened in back porch, front porch or back deck. The kitchen had all the basics which was helpful since we cooked a numbers of meals. We loved the pool, right across the street. We loved that it was away from the crowds but close enough to drive to the beach in just a few minutes. The owner is cheerful and responded quickly via e-mail and clearly wanted us to have a great experience, even offering recommendations for restaurants. We've been coming to Rehoboth for 18 years and there have been only two houses that we would consider renting again. This was def one of them!"
