  • Enjoyable

"This home was like walking into what you imagine your own beach home would look like! The kitchen had everything a cook could think to want .... We had family visit and enjoyed crabs and spaghetti outside on the picnic table and it was not a challenge to prepare in a well stocked - well naturally lit kitchen. Every room is thought out and given a homey feel ! The location was manageable but there is congestion getting to the other beaches so having Cape Henlopen there was the attraction we went to most... Great bike trails ! We will be back ... Thanks Dan and Pam"

  • Wonderful Experience

"Bill's rental property is very nicely decorated and immaculately maintained! The listing description is accurate, the location is great (plenty of parking and in close proximity to all the beach activity), the neighborhood is quiet, the yard is private and really comfortable. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would most certainly return again. Thank you Bill!"

  • Exceptional Experience!

"This property is well maintained, clean and stocked with all of the kitchen necessities. The condo is perfect for a larger family and especially for two families with the 1st and 3rd floor bedrooms/bath. The location is PERFECTLY located...walk to everything, enjoy the music of the Bottle and Cork and/or from Jimmy's. Short walk across 1A to the beach and a GREAT view of the bay. Robin is extremely easy to work with! A GREAT family get-away!"

  • 2yrs in a row

"Last year my wife and I took our 1 year old on his first vacation with NANA and POP and I can honestly say that we came back the following year because it was fantastic. We worked our vacation around the availability of this BEAUTIFUL UNIT. Bonus that most people do not mention was the unit parking space was convienently right outside the entrance to Faragut elevators, covered, and right in the middle of a 3 spot area.... THIS WAS A SIGNIFICANT LUXURY that needs to be known!!!! I have, and will continue to recommend this unit to friends and colleagues"
