  • Perfect family retreat!

"We stayed in 201 for a family weekend, with 6 adults and a 12 year old. The place was perfect - plenty of space to relax, play games, cook together. The condo is beautifully furnished and decorated, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The broad views of the ocean are spectacular and being on the 2nd floor allows for quick and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed long walks on the beach and watching the full moon rise over the water from the condo. I don't need to spend another minute searching for accommodations at the beach - this is perfect. We can't wait to go back!"

  • Lovely, Clean, Comfortable Place

"My husband and I rented this condo during the winter months and loved it. The building is located within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Rehoboth as well as about a 15 min. leisurely stroll to the beach (though we didn't do this often because it was winter when we stayed). It's a convenient location, but just out of the range of the commotion and crowding you get if you were within +/-3 blocks of the boardwalk. The apartment itself is pleasantly decorated, clean, very well maintained, and equipped with all the conveniences one might need for cooking, beach going, etc. Honestly, I'm a pretty 'Type-A' neat-freak, and found the apartment met my high standards. The owners were very professional, communicative, and the check in and check out process were very well communicated and straight forward. Thanks for a great stay! 'Hope to come back sometime!"

  • An amazing house!

"Our family felt right at home in this beautiful house. The layout of the home lends itself to entertaining but with plenty of space for privacy! The owner, Mike, was so helpful and attentive 24/7! We would definitely recommend this home and go back!"

  • Go Bethany!

"The house is outstanding! We have truly enjoyed our experience there for the last six years. My only two complaints are the decks and deck furniture that have a coating of bird crap on everything that requires a bit of scrubbing to be able to sit outside and enjoy the [spectacular] sunsets, and the tile in the master shower that is cracking and thus a rubber mat has been thrown down and showered on and stepped on by everyone that has rented previously."
