  • Home away from home!

"I honestly don't even know where to begin this review. I will admit this is our very first time renting from VRBO. I could not be any happier with this process. Kyle, you are amazing! You've been a joy to work with, and made the rental process amazingly easy. The condo is immaculate, everything is decorated to perfection and the adorable touches here and there really make the place shine. I absolutely loved the full-size kitchen with all of the amenities, the full-size washer and dryer were helpful as I was here for a soccer tournament with my young son who needed to wash his jerseys. Large spacious refrigerator as well as a wonderful master bathroom and bedroom. The master bathroom shower is HUGE! Everything is superclean, everything appears to have its place and I cannot imagine anybody having a single complaint about this unit. I find myself moving about from room to room as if I've been here for years! Hence, as if I live here! What a great feeling when you're away from your actual home. The community that this condo is located in is quite quaint. The residential properties next to the condo living, so forth and so on, make the property itself very welcoming and inviting. lots of sidewalks and wonderful lighting. The landscaping around the entire property is done with a sharp eye and mind and everything looks very well-kept. There is a large grocery store within a close distance as well as eating and shopping. The whole experience has been great! I am very pleased with the decision to rent from Kyle and his family. If I were to come back to the area again (hopefully same time next year), I look forward to staying in this condo! I honestly contemplated leaving such a great review because I didn't want others to come stay in "my new home " :) But honestly, if you're looking for place in this area, you have to choose this one! I don't know these people, never met him before, however, I can tell you that they're wonderful to work with and their home will not disappoint you. Thank you again Kyle and Kristina, we can't wait to come back!!"

  • Very Peaceful!

"Very Peaceful and serine, from the tranquility bell on the front porch to all the decorations. Loved all the wind chimes! We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped in the door. The neighborhood is like a town that time forgot, a relaxing place to get away from the world. This is our type of place. The fenced in yard for our dog was perfect we didn’t have to worry about him wandering off.. All parts of the front yard were secure so no escapes. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Thank you so much for sharing your home, I can tell you put a lot of love into your decor!"

  • One week isn't enough

"I stayed here with my husband and three other couples. We're all in our early 30s and were looking for a nice, relaxing week which is exactly what we got. The location is perfect - quiet, steps from the beach with gorgeous views. The hot tub was amazing - a favorite of everyone. Cape Henlopen is a quick bike or car ride away. There are several grocery stores and restaurants close by. The house itself is nicely set up. With eight people in the house, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Everyone had their own space. Normally, I'm ready to be home after a week away, but I easily could have stayed for another week."
