  • Relaxing week at Dewey Beach

"We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation in your apartment at Dewey Beach. We found the apartment nice and clean and were pleased that the kitchen was so well stocked with pots and pans so we could cook dinner there some of the nights and not have to go out every night. We also made use of the outdoor fire pit and really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Our dogs were very comfortable there as well. We would definitely come back."

"This house worked great for our family of 8 adults and 6 kids under the age of 10 yrs. Plenty of bedrooms and baths including enclosed outdoor hot water showers for after the beach. The main kitchen, living are is on the second floor ,but there is a large deck off of the area and with a picnic table which made for great area for the kids to eat, without having to worry about messes. Amble parking for at least six cars ,but a short walk to the beach and close enough to walk to all of downtown Dewey's nightlife if that what you want. The neighborhood is quiet and you can catch the Jolly Trolley into Rehoboth one block away. There's also a local produce market across the street with fresh produce, fruits, and breakfast essentials also lunchmeats etc. Craig the owner is awesome to work with! We all felt relaxed and at home ,its a great beach house!"

  • Ideal location

"The condo is lovely, well supplied, beautifully decorated & neat as a pin. Location is great - close to everything & being a cul-de sac, traffic is limited to residents. The owner is friendly & helpful, offering easy access before & during our visit (although we had no need to reach out since everything went so smoothly.) We're planning our return next yr."

  • Fantastic Rental

"We stayed in this property from 9/6-9/13. I can't say enough good things about the house and the property owner. From the beginning, Ted was prompt to respond to my questions and provided a comprehensive email with everything we would need to know about staying there. When we got there the condo was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures posted on VRBO. The condo is super convenient and once we parked the car, we didn't move it all weekend. Besides being able to walk everywhere in Dewey (including having the beach STEPS away), the Jolly Trolley was running and available to take us right to the Boardwalk. Our dogs loved hanging out on the LARGE deck with us and being able to see all the happenings in Dewey. We can't wait to stay here again and would definitely recommend this property to friends!"
