  • We love Marina Bay Circle

"I loved our stay at Peninsula. The home was spacious and beautiful. The community was welcoming and very kind to my children. The crabs were plentiful. I only wish I had met the owner sooner - I would love to sit and laugh with her more! Thank you!"

  • Beautiful condo.

"This is our fifth year staying at Mariner's Court, and we will come back again next September. The condo is beautifully furnished, clean, well maintained, and ideally located within walking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and the beach."

  • late summer beach trip

"This was our 2nd time in this house and we love it! it's close to the beach and within close driving distance to stores, restaurants and the bethany beach boardwalk. plenty of room for our family and grandparents, great outdoor seating/eating areas, toys for our little one - we would recommend this to any of our friends!"

  • A month at the shore.

"My wife and I arrived here April 1st and have stayed for the month, it has become our home away from home. The condo is nicely furnished and comfortable with 2 bedrooms, an open loft and 2 full baths. While we didn't take advantage of all there is to offer, there are hiking/biking paths, indoor/outdoor pools, numerous tennis courts and I believe two gyms. The beach and Bethany's boardwalk are just a short distance away. The owner was very accommodating in making the arrangements and overall we had a very pleasant time. My only complaint would be that if you have neighbors at the time of your stay, the walls are very thin. That said, I would certainly recommend this condo and the Sea Colony resort. A quiet place to be in April."
