  • great vacation!!!

"This property was absolutely exceptional in every respect. We had a party of 6 with two teenagers and two retirees. The home was so large that we seemed to lose people at every turn. It was beautiful and had everything you would ever need during your stay. It was easily accessible with a bus stop to take you to the beach right outside the front door. With 4 different areas to relax outside on the property and the pools and gym well within easy walking distance, one could not ask for anything else. Having a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived was yet another example of exceptional service by our host Mary, the owner. All-in-all great experience."

  • Girls Getaway

"We are a group of 4 women in our late twenties. We wanted a nice weekend getaway. We have been to dewey beach in the past and have always loved the atmosphere. This condo is in the perfect location. Just a short walk to the beach & to near by places like Rusty Rudder, Nalu's, and the Lighthouse. The neighbors were extremely friendly and the amenities (common area, grills & grounds) were very well maintained. I will admit that I had some hesitation when booking the property because I didn't not love the curb appeal but the inside of the condo was lovey, clean and perfect space for a group of 4 people. Maisy was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions in a timely manner. We look forward to returning."

  • Perfect weekend spot

"Perfect location to everything and surprisingly quiet for being at the heart of all Rehoboth has to offer. The owner was wonderful, perfectly organized, quick to respond and detailed about everything from the start to finish. Lovely accommodations and was great for our little ones as well as my retired parents."

  • Family vacation

"After looking for many months for a home large enough for our family (including 6 children under 10, and 8 adults) to reunite for a beach vacation, I was thrilled to discover the D'Light House online. When we arrived, the house was very clean and exactly as the photos reflected. Our family had plenty of room; the kids were excited to discover so many safe places to play; as well as the welcoming basket of toys and games. It truly felt as if we were staying in a home owned by a family member, as Dr. Don could not be more accommodating and welcoming. Our son was happy that he was able to explore the canals with his kayak; all of us fell in love with the beautiful, quiet neighborhood...and of course, the gorgeous beach that was so close by. We loved the town of Bethany and had great take out at Off the Hook. We are looking forward to returning in 2015, as there is still so much more that we can explore!"
