  • A little slice of heaven!

"I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Prime Hook Beach! I almost don't want to share this glowing review of our new favorite vacation spot :) The cottage is directly on the water and was more spacious than I had anticipated. I thought it was going to be a glorified beach bungalow but surprisingly had a very open entrance (with washer & dryer) and kitchen. The bathroom is a little narrow but it has a full-size bathtub and plenty of space for storage of towels, cosmetics, laundry, etc so what more do you need. Very comfortable living room with cable tv, wireless internet and a few sitting chairs. The porch was my favorite part. There are a few comfortable sitting chairs where I would read each morning while listening to the waves rock on the beach. It was incredibly peaceful. The absolute best part was our two Shepherds got to enjoy every minute of this vacation with us! They swam all day and were totally exhausted each night, how amazing! The fenced in yard is a huge bonus too. A truly perfect, relaxing family vacation! If you like to be close to restaurants/nightlife or even grocery stores, you may want to stay closer to Lewes. This house is a good 20-30 minute drive to local shops, but that was exactly what we were looking for in our summer getaway. Definitely recommend this place to those that are looking for a great hideaway from it all."

  • Perfect family beach vacation

"We rented this house with two other couples and 2 kids and it was great. Very charming house with lots of character. Plenty of places to hang out. Kitchen is small but open and big peninsula. The view of the bay was lovely and the sunsets were great. It was very comfortable and felt like home. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. The house is located at end of South Bethany so beach was never crowded. The owners were very accommodating, answering multiple questions by email and being very flexible with check in and check out times. I would recommend to anyone."

  • Quiet Location

"The property was great location for a large extended family group, plenty of parking in quiet location. The house has lots of beds, so was great for our short family get together, with a longer stay we may have found the large less private bedrooms on lower level and sleep sofa in the den (the 7th bedroom) an issue. Using bridge access by school shops, restaurants and the beach are an easy walk."

  • Relaxing week at Dewey Beach

"We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation in your apartment at Dewey Beach. We found the apartment nice and clean and were pleased that the kitchen was so well stocked with pots and pans so we could cook dinner there some of the nights and not have to go out every night. We also made use of the outdoor fire pit and really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Our dogs were very comfortable there as well. We would definitely come back."
