  • Perfect family beach vacation

"We rented this house with two other couples and 2 kids and it was great. Very charming house with lots of character. Plenty of places to hang out. Kitchen is small but open and big peninsula. The view of the bay was lovely and the sunsets were great. It was very comfortable and felt like home. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. The house is located at end of South Bethany so beach was never crowded. The owners were very accommodating, answering multiple questions by email and being very flexible with check in and check out times. I would recommend to anyone."

  • Wonderful, Pet Friendly House!

"My family and I stayed here with two dogs for a week and we loved it! It was our first time in Dewey Beach, so we were a little worried about not knowing the area but the house was in a perfect location. The house was great for the six of us with it's three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready to go and the high ceilings gave the house such character. The deck and fenced in back yard were great for drinking coffee and watching the dogs play together. The shed was filled with beach gear and the extra fridge came in handy too. The owners were very accommodating and made renting the house a breeze. We will definitely be back to Dewey Beach and plan on staying in this house again!"

  • ANOTHER GREAT WEEK AT THE BEACH

"We have just returned from our second stay at this house at Middlesex Beach. We nothing buy positive comments. The house is very clean and well-equipped. Further, the owner was responsive to our questions. Middlesex is the best beach in the Bethany Beach area. We will definitely return for a third stay when our schedule permits."

  • Perfect in every way!

"We stayed in this beautiful home for our daughter's wedding in Lewes. There were 10 of us at most, including wedding day preparation for the bride and bridal party. The view is gorgeous- watcching the dolphins on the bay from the deck with morning coffee- perfect! Thee home is so tastefully decorated and comfortable. The elevator made moving in and out easy- especially for handicapped visitors. The proprietors were thoughtful and attentive. We had a lovely stay! Worthwhile and rewarding for rental! Close to everything! Perfect time away"
