"Great space. Owner was extremely responsive to questions and quick to return deposit. Right in the middle of all the action. Easy contract and checkin. Simple cleanup and checkout procedure."

  • Great Place to Enjoy Bethany!

"My family loved our stay in this home for our June 2014 vacation. The location was great - just steps to the beach! Great views from all of the decks, too. The house was clean and well maintained and having WIFI was very convenient. We hadn't stayed in Bethany for several years so it was nice to come back and see what had changed. Had dinner twice at Matt's Fish Camp which is just down the road a little ways (you can walk there if you like). Great food! Would definitely recommend this home to spend your vacation."

  • Excellent location for a family beach vacation

"Our three-generation family found this townhome answered our every need. We loved being so close to the beach. The way the bedrooms are set up, everyone had a quiet, private place, while one floor was our communal living area. Our daughter-in-law made a couple trips to a grocery close by in the car, and we drove to one restaurant for a family dinner, but my husband and I parked our car on the Saturday of our arrival and didn't start it again until we left the following Saturday. To me this is the definition of a great beach vacation. We hope to return to this same location next summer."

  • Great Stay with Friends

"Just returned from our week at the beach in the great golf club residence Bear Trap Dunes). House was well equipped with everything you need including gas grill. We were pleased to find a flat screen HDTV although the pictures only show a CRT. Rear deck has a retractable awning which is great in the afternoon. Garage was also available to us which was really nice for our beach toys (Kayaks, chairs, etc...) House is nicely decorated and freshly painted. Our kids played board games provided by the owners and we brought our own PS3 for some family bonding on the one rainy day. The community is also really nice with hot tub, pool, sauna, fitness room and much more. The bus to the beach is a short walk away, but driving is pretty easy too. One suggestion is to provide WiFi, but it's really hard to find anything to improve. We all had a really great time and would definitely return."
