  • Better Than the First Visit

"This the second straight year that my family rented this property. We can't say enough about the Sea Colony Resort. It is an outstanding venue. Fantastic Disney-like layout with numerous heated outdoor swimming pools, two heated indoor pools, a tennis facility second to none, cycling, fishing, walking, jogging etc. and a private beach that is better than just about any beach we have ever been on. The townhouse's location is perfect. The Sea Colony tram stops directly in front of the unit. A 10 minute or so trip drops you off at the beach. The owner, who is great to deal with, provides just about everything you can imagine, from linens to cork screws. Love the sun room with its ceiling fan. Talk about relaxing! New refrigerator, washer and dryer this year. We are already looking forward to next year!"

  • Perfect Family Getaway!

"My family has gone to the beach in the fall for several years with good friends of ours and schedules make it hard for us to take more than two nights at a time. It's nearly impossible to find a rental for under 3 nights, but George was terrific in accommodating our needs and after a perfect weekend in his beautiful home we know we have found the fall beach getaway we will be returning to! First of all, the property is spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Our college- and teenaged children fell in love with the basement and the pool table. Everyone had a comfortable place to relax with others or some quiet time to rest alone. Working with George was an absolute pleasure as he was very responsive to any requests or questions that I had. The location of the property is a dream for golfers but even if no one golfs in your group, there's indoor and outdoor pools and a clubhouse in this very elegant development. Bethany Beach is only minutes away and it's a quick trip to all the resorts from Lewes to OC. In a nutshell, we can't wait to come back. I would recommend this property without hesitation. Thanks for having us!"

  • Cozy and convenient

"Thanks to the awesome owner, I was able to make last minute arrangements and have this cute cottage for the weekend trip. The place is located in a great spot... off the main strip but far enough to where you don't hear the noise, and footsteps to the beach that is dog-friendly. The place is perfect for a small family. There are a few things that need fixing, but other than that the place was great and we had an awesome time. Thanks Suzie!"

  • Beautiful view! Spacious Condo!

"This was a perfect place to celebrate my parents 50th Wedding anniversary. The condo has a lovely view of Indian River Bay, 10 people stayed and we all had plenty of room and 4 bathrooms made things even better. We enjoyed the pool facilities too. Neighbors were friendly. It is a third floor walk up but my 80 year old Dad said it was worth it :) It is a short drive to Bethany Beach to get Ice cream and dinner, Lots of fun restaurants and activities in the area to enjoy. We enjoyed that it was a quiet community evenings on the balcony were fabulous!"
