  • Great Condo!

"This is the second year we stayed at this condo and we absolutely love it! The location is great, the unit is spacious and the owner is wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back next year!"

  • Pick this one!

"My family just returned from this fabulous little condo. It is actually nicer than the description. We came with 2 adults, 3 teens, and 2 kids. There was plenty of bedding for all upstairs. The bed described as being in the "foyer" is actually in the upstairs hall, which is huge. It has a window that could use some covering just because the morning sun streams in. The bedrooms have a little more room than the pictures imply. The master bedroom has a work desk with a printer on top (not sure if it works, I did not try it) as well as a night stand and a TV cabinet with some drawers. No dresser, so not a lot of drawer space, but 2 closets. There is a high-walled balcony with a table and chairs. The bedroom with the other queen bed is beautiful, nice and dark in the morning, and has a walk-in closet! The bunk bed room is a standard "kid room," with space on the floor for playing board games (or scattering dirty laundry, like my kids do). On the ground floor in the living area, there is ample seating for eating around a medium sized dining table, plus a table in the Florida Room and another table in the large eat-in kitchen. There are also 2 barstools alongside a counter. The living room had a super comfortable seat-and-ahalf, which my 2 kids fought over. There is a very large TV with DVD player, though it seemed a bit "touchy" (some of our disks would not play in it). There is also a stereo but it appeared to not have speakers...we could not get it to work. The whole place is tastefully decorated. We loved having the 2 refrigerators including a water/ice dispenser. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of dishes, flatware, pots, pans, etc. There were some games available for us, lots of paperback novels, some beach toys for the kids, and a few beach chairs to borrow. The house is located very close to the fitness center and its outdoor pool, as well as to 2 tram stops. Since it is an end-unit, it has a nice side porch with cushy chairs to relax on. Next time I would bring a drying rack to hang my wet towels on. I understand clothes lines are not permitted. All in all, I would highly recommend this clean and welcoming unit."

  • Close to the beach, quiet secluded neighborhood

"We had nine adults, one teen, and four preschoolers. The house is an older one but very comfortable and just right if your family mix is like ours. The boardwalk attractions in downtown Rehoboth are only a half mile walk away, but the beach is not crowded at all where the house is. The only negative is that parking on the property can be tight if your vehicles are larger. Street parking requires a pass. The owners will provide one for you and additional ones can be purchased from the city. However, you will have to park overnight on a nearby cross street. Parking not allowed on Queen St. from midnight to 6:00 am. The owners are very easy to deal with."

  • Huge house with great ammenities

"We just got back from a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! The pictures don't do the house justice. The space is wonderful and everything is so nicely done. Every room is immaculate and the gameroom/loft is a great space for teenagers. We had 8 people in the house and the space was amazing. We especially loved the dining room and deck seating for 8. The owners were wonderful and were honestly a phone call away with any questions we had. The community pool is right in the backyard and was clean and well cared for. We have stayed in Bethany Beach before at Bear Trap Dunes and this house surpassed any we have stayed in before! Honestly a gem for anyone!!"
