  • Great house, great location!

"This was a great place to stay! It was our first time vacationing at a Delaware beach, and this house was a great location. It was easy to walk to the beach and the main strip in town. It was also a short walk to a jolly trolley stop if you wanted to get a ride into Rehoboth. Also, its location made for some great jogging/biking. There was plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and general space for all 12 of us and each room had its own balcony, which was awesome. Also, Robin gave us access to the use of the Rehoboth marina where we could kayak or stand-up paddle board in the bay, which some of us did and loved. Thanks for making our first trip to a Delaware beach a great one!"

  • Great house and owner

"Seven youth soccer players and their parents stayed here over Columbus Day weekend for a soccer tourney. Beautiful house, great location! We were all very comfortable and Nancy is a great owner. She was easy to get a hold of whenever I had a question. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this home and owner highly."

  • Great Location

"We spent 4 nights & this was the perfect spot to stay. Looks just like the pictures, clean & nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable & when folded up there was plenty of space for the 4 of us to move around. Lots of storage for our belongings. Parking is tight if you have a big vehicle. It was really nice to walk to the beach & the restaurants. Greenman's right in front of complex has an awesome breakfast. Would stay here again!!"
