"My wife and I stayed at this property for 5 days in Oct. 2014. We chose this property due to the prior reviews and apparant good location. We were not disappointed. The owner met us upon our arrival and answered all of our questions, including the locations of nearby restaurants and where to purchase groceries. We traveled without a car as this location is very convenient to the Metro. We are in our 50's and out of shape; this was not a problem due to the proximity to everything. The apartment has everything you need; just show up with your suitcase. We have already decided if we return to DC in the future, we will try to stay here again!"

  • Little jewel in Georgetown.

"A charming 4story townhouse that requires quite a bit of stair climbing but is worth every step. We arrived on a Wednesday evening in time to buy groceries at the farmers market half a block away. We were 2 couples and the ones who drew the short straw had to sleep in the garret and run down a floor to the bath but the inconvenience was offset by the location. There's a tennis court across the street and lots of places to run (if you're a jogger). Restaurants abound in the vicinity. The metro is a half mile away, and parking requires that you take your rental contract to the police station for a temporary resident tag. But we loved being part of a simply delightful and very quiet neighborhood close to everything."

  • What luck to find this charming place.

"We were so lucky to find this place. The location was about a 10-15 minute walk from union station. So nice to walk to, great neighborhood. We walked back and forth from the Capital several times during our stay. It was a nice stroll. Parks nearby. Birds chirping. Not a lot of street noise. We really got some good work done because we had a kitchen, two bedrooms, wifi, and two baths. Try and find that in a hotel room! I loved the layout of the place. All common areas in the first floor for meetings, etc. of so,some needed to retire, they went up to the second floor, closed the door and the rest of us could keep on working and chatting and visiting. I would love to come back. Stairs aren't for everyone and there are two sets. We worked with it and our luggage survived intact. Public transpo nearby."

  • Home Away from Home

"Top floor quiet condo. Garden is special with National Cathedral off in the distance and a sense of being above it all in your own private world. Location is great; walking distance to everything you might need...metro, Safeway, CVS, coffee shop, great restaurants, etc. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay."
