"Great unit with amazing location. We walk to almost everything and was located centrally to all of the museums and monuments. I personally manage 40 of my own units and this unit has been well maintained and was very clean upon arrival. If in the DC area again I would stay here and would highly recommend to family and friends!"

"My teenage son and I stayed in this lovely apartment last week while we explored DC for his spring break.
The apartment was as described, wonderfully furnished and well taken care of. It was spacious and offered us each some privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed for casual meals (though I think there was enough to entertain a small dinner party!) and there were some household and food staples already in the cupboards.
Plenty of hangers, towels and linens were available for our use, and the stacked washer/dryer allowed us to pack lightly and come home with clean clothing! The shower was great!
I loved the proximity to the Dupont Circle metro, we traveled throughout the city without needing a car. Shopping was within walking distance and we felt quite safe even late at night.
We had a lot of sightseeing on our agenda so didn't spend much time with our host Ray, but he did offer a tour when we arrived. It was very nice to have the host upstairs just in case."

"We traveled with 10 family members (4 adults - 6 kids from ages 5 to 14) to DC for five days and this was a perfect place for us to stay. It was very easy to get on the Metro at Columbia Heights (a five minute walk) and there were plenty of amenities close by and walkable (Target / CVS / neighborhood markets). We ate in most nights so having a kitchen for us was a lifesaver (very nice Viking range/oven). Eva was very responsive when we had any issues or questions and was super helpful in helping us get visitor parking permits before we arrived so that they were in the house when we got there. It was very clean and the sleeping was perfectly adequate for our age mix. We will definitely look to rent a house on future family adventures and would stay here again in a minute if we come back to DC."

"Our family gathered in DC for a reunion and wedding weekend. Jarek's apartment looked perfect online and , overall, we were very happy with it. The only downside is that is really only sleeps 6 if there are 2 people sleeping in each of the three beds (one of which is only a full size).
With my Dad in bedroom #1 , myself and hubby in bedroom #2,and my brother in the windowless bedroom #3, for a total of 4 people, that left my young adult nephew and niece on the two "sleep" sofas. If the one in the living room was tolerable, the one on the 1st floor landing was HORRIBLE. We only had one person sleeping on it each night, (although advertised for 2; that would have been impossible given it's reduced size), and they were both miserable.
Again, we liked the apartment , and Jarek's nephew was very cordial and brought us extra blankets when needed, so we appreciated the timely respose of the owner; it just can't COMFORTABLY sleep as many as advertized."
