  • Wonderful place to stay

"I stayed in this apartment for 7 weeks while in DC on business and it was terrific. The apartment is clean, comfortable and exactly as it looks in the photos. It has everything you need to have an easy and relaxed stay and Kristina is friendly and extremely helpful, even to the point of recommending a hairdresser! As others have said, it's a wonderful location, close to the Metro and on 3 metro lines which means waiting for trains to the city is minimal. it's also an easy walk to Union Station and a comfortable walk to supermarkets not to mention being only a couple of blocks away from Eastern Market. Given it's central location, if you're out at night it's only a short cab ride home from the city centre. I felt very safe here and did a lot of great walking to the Mall and beyond and really enjoyed what a beautiful area it is. I would highly recommend this apartment and will be back when I return to DC."

  • Mother/son historic getaway

"Old house in a beautiful neighborhood provided an authentic experience. We stayed here in spring. 4 mothers and 4 teenage boys. Convenient to the capitol, supreme court and library of congress. And close to union station for more distant destinations and bus tours. Moms loved having their own rooms. Boys took over the living room. House was clean and well stocked. Surprisingly quiet at night. The kitchen and baths were nice and well equipped, but small. The staircases were steep and the floors were creaky. If stairs are a problem, choose a hotel. If you love old houses like I do, you won't mind."

  • Amazing rental!

"So glad we chose this place for our family vacation! 5 adults (2 couples and 1 single) were very comfortable - lots of room for everyone and did not feel like we were on top of each other. Great location - easy walk to lots of sights and the metro! Appreciated the visitor parking pass, too. Very clean and comfortable place! Will definitely stay again if back in D.C."

  • Nice DC Find

"Very nice property in a great location. Plenty large for the two of us. Easy walk to the Metro, Capitol, restaurants, Union Station. The only negatives are very transient mustiness, wifi that was occasionally in and out, and the availability of only one small closet, which is a problem for a stay of more than a couple of days. The wifi worked well enough, however, to stream video. The mustiness resolved with the de-humidifier, which is plumbed to drain automatically, a nice touch. The owners of the property are hearing impaired, so communication is by text, which isn't a problem. Entry is by an electric key pad, so hopefully the combination is changed after each stay."
