"My teenage son and I stayed in this lovely apartment last week while we explored DC for his spring break.
The apartment was as described, wonderfully furnished and well taken care of. It was spacious and offered us each some privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed for casual meals (though I think there was enough to entertain a small dinner party!) and there were some household and food staples already in the cupboards.
Plenty of hangers, towels and linens were available for our use, and the stacked washer/dryer allowed us to pack lightly and come home with clean clothing! The shower was great!
I loved the proximity to the Dupont Circle metro, we traveled throughout the city without needing a car. Shopping was within walking distance and we felt quite safe even late at night.
We had a lot of sightseeing on our agenda so didn't spend much time with our host Ray, but he did offer a tour when we arrived. It was very nice to have the host upstairs just in case."

"We stayed in the penthouse apt on the top floor for 7 nights. The apt was clean and the owners were very accommodating. They took the time to meet us and gave us a tour of the apt and showed us how everything worked. They told us the location of nearby restaurant options and transportation services. The apt was located in a nice neighborhood. The metro was a bit of a walk but we used Uber several times and found it very convenient."

"We stayed here for 5 days. There were 3 of us. This is the first time we have stayed in Dupont Circle, we usually stay in Foggy Bottom. The house is very nice with eclectic furniture. The beds were good and the place was really quiet. We had groceries delivered the first day we were there and had Chinese delivery for dinner that night which was great. Having laundry machines was great too since we had been traveling for 6 days before we arrived. The place is close to the Metro and you could get a taxi in seconds right outside the door. We barely heard the people upstairs and everything worked great. Lots of towels too. The only thing i would suggest is that if you go bring a roll of paper towels. We needed them for the kitchen. The place stayed nice and cool and every night it rained, which sounded great while we were sleeping in the basement. It was a little pricey, but it is a great neighborhood and DC lodging is expensive. I would not recommend putting someone on the couch in the living room. it was pretty uncomfortable. We didn't, so we were fine. Minimal stairs too. Leave your car at home."

"My husband and I stayed here with visiting family members from the west who just wanted to see the National Art Gallery and the a few other DC sites. This is a PERFECT location for walkers---I LOVED the neighborhood, no matter how hot, you could still run because of the shade the beautiful trees provided! There are really good restaurants on 14th and 17th street to easily walk too. Adams Morgan is not a far walk either. The apartment is impeccable! Clean and pristine---everything you need to fix a nice meal or snacks, breakfast. The beds are beyond comfortable and the showers are amazing! We had a wonderful time, the owner is easy to work with, got us a parking pass and we parked right in front of the apartment the whole time! Wifi worked great and easy and they even left us a nice bottle of wine which happened to be my favorite, Sauvigon Blanc--how does that happen?? All in all---a wonderful place to stay if you want to be in the same place with others for a few days and wonder around our beautiful nation's capitol!"
