"Trendy one bedroom apartment in a great location just off 14th & T Streets. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Queen size bed in bedroom and double size couch bed in living room. Bathroom has a tub/shower combination with beautiful tile and details. Kitchen is on the small side but with very nice appliances. We enjoyed running over to Trader Joe’s (a half a block away) to pick up fresh food and made a number of meals in the apartment. (Reusable bags are available in the apartment). There are a number of great restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops nearby, too. Don’t miss out on trying a few. Wonderful nightlife nearby. Happy to report that we didn’t encounter any problems with noise, people or traffic. Metro and bus stops are nearby. We chose to rent nearby bicycles or use Uber during our stay. Worked out perfectly. No need for a car.
Management was attentive to deals (extra umbrellas, great book of things to do), quick to respond to emails and call and provided an overall an excellent experience at their property. Will definitely look to book this or any properties that they operate in the DC area."

"Was in town for the cherry blossom festival and initially decided to try this VRBO due to the hotel prices being elevated with the festival. It ended up being a good decision for multiple reasons. I always love having a kitchen when I'm traveling solo so I don't have to go out to eat for every meal. Though small, it had everything I needed for preparing some meals--even a shopping bag to use at the nearby Trader Joe's. The apartment was clean with a comfortable bed. I liked the "pure organic" towels so much that I tried to find where I could buy them for home. There is a little outside patio with a grill and nice big washer/dryer there in the basement if you need to do laundry. Like others have said, though it is a basement apt there were plenty of windows and light. I particularly loved the neighborhood. Many people out and about, visiting, walking dogs, eating on patios in the area. Lots of restaurants to choose from--the tacos at the taqueria two doors down are quite tasty and the carmelitas at the Bakehouse are yummy. The U St Metro station is very close and you can get all around the city easily on that. The Dupont Circle area (which also has a Metro station) is a slightly longer walk away but still less than a mile through nice neighborhoods and by a cute dog park on S Street. I appreciated the DC travel books that were on the bookshelf and there is a notebook there that tells how to work the remote to the TV. Eva was very helpful in responding to emails with any questions I had! I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone I knew!
Tips: Take an umbrella if any rain expected during your stay because the closest one to buy is several blocks away. Also, probably common sense but I struggled with it for a minute--the lockbox for the keys has a black button which releases the keys when you put the right code in, it doesn't open from the part that is hooked onto the railing which is what I kept trying to make it do:)"

"Great location close to the U-Street Metro. The condo is clean and in a wonderful neighborhood with great restaurants. Eva was a great communicator and helped with any questions. Loved the recommendations from Eva as well as all the guidebooks and menus left behind."

"We loved having this apartment close to the metro station. The grocery store nearby and playpen for our toddler was a great thing for our family. Ben's Chili Bowl and Ted's Bulletin are DC staples and were extremely close by. The check in process was extremely easy. The check out process and details on what to do need to be resent to the renter the previous day."
