"Awesome ten day stay at this rental! For our family of four, this was the perfect apartment. The location is great. It's close to many restaurants and shops. We used the metro, taxis and Uber. Frank is great!! Do not hesitate to stay here. The apartment has everything you'll need and some things you didn't realize you'd need. The area is quiet and safe. I can't say enough good things! We loved it there!"

"We rented this beautiful unit for my son's college graduation. We were pleased with all the amenities and the location. Our host, Jarek was outstanding!! He was available to us at all times. There was plenty of space but the second bed was actually a small room with a curtain around it. Jarek was clear about this when describing the listing so we knew exactly what to expect. The backyard space is private and quite nice! If we had to travel to DC again, we would not hesitate to stay in this unit! Thanks Jarek!"

"Loved the location. Room w/ bunk beds worked great for our family. Kitchen adequately furnished. Beds comfortable. Unit seemed clean. Keys weren't where they were supposed to be upon arrival, however, & took a while to get in touch with maintenance man. Parking pass wasn't there upon arrival, either, & I had paid $20 to have it fetched. One of my texts to him trying to be let in to the unit was evidently hung up in "cyber space" & he received very early the next morning (I had sent it the prior evening). When he rec'd it, he texted me back complaining that he had been awakened, which actually woke me up. Except for this rocky start, though, we were very pleased with the unit & condition."

"My husband and son and I stayed in this lovely second floor apartment for a few days of being tourists in DC. The apartment is well-located in terms of the metro, grocery shopping, restaurants, and there was even a weekend farmer's market we took advantage of on Saturday. The apartment itself has 3 beds (2 queen, 1 single), with the single in a separate room attached to the bathroom (this is also the location of the closet for clothes. The setup is great for a family or for people accustomed to sharing living space, but might have less privacy than desired for other traveler groups. The kitchen is well-equipped with the things you need to do basic cooking, and the kitchen table seats 4 comfortably. The apartment has a variety of brochures, maps, and other books to help plan tourist activities, which was a nice feature. One could occasionally hear the comings and goings of other occupants of the building, or noise from the street, but nothing disruptive or problematic, especially for an urban location.
It was easy to make arrangements and getting into the apartment for an evening arrival was no problem. We were very grateful to the quick response from Mr. Chiazo when there was a problem with the air conditioning on a very hot muggy summer day. I would definitely stay in this apartment again next time I visit DC."
