"I can't imagine a better, centrally located apartment in DC. I just returned from an 11 night stay and couldn't be more pleased with my choice of accomodations. Subway (Gallery/Chinatown) less than 2 blocks away and a city bus stop right outside the door. All sorts of restaurant, mostly Chinese (all good), but including other types of cuisine. Neighbors were friendly and helpful and I (a single female traveler) felt safe. Nice apartment at a price I can't imagine could be beat. Eddie, the owner, couldn't have been nicer, friendlier or helpful. I'd rent this apartment again in a heartbeat. As a matter of fact, I hope to do just than in the future."Guest: Carol C. "My friend and I had a great stay in DC in this clean condo. There is easy access to public transit, though we tended to walk down 18th street every day to get back to the sites. Handy to have transit cards that were provided for easy reload, nice pool, close to Safeway and drug store, extra sheets if you want to make up a couch instead of sharing the bed and sometimes cookies in the lobby… Deborah is very quick to respond to all questions or comments and eager to make your stay comfortable. As advertised and much better than staying at a hotel!"Guest: LovesHawaii Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 15, 2014View listing
"Our studio apartment was exactly as described, in a lovely neighborhood very near to the Columbia Heights metro. Our bed was comfortable, the room was quiet. One does have to walk up three flights of stairs. It was no problem, but I mention it in case that is a consideration for some guests. All in all, we would definitely stay here again if in the neighborhood."Guest: Mary H. Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 18, 2014View listing
"Our apartment was just blocks from DuPont Circle with lots of great restaurants and shops. The front desk folks were friendly, the apartment was well furnished and Roger was terrific and very, very helpful. We would stay here again any time we are in DC. The rooftop deck was beautiful and the laundry facilities were convenient and clean."Guest: Becky R. Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 10, 2014View listing
