"My family of five stayed at this townhome for seven nights. The neighborhood is wonderful! We felt very safe and admired the homes and gardens during our daily walks to the Metro. There are several great restaurants nearby and a Trader Joes is one block away! The condo was very comfortable and everything in working order. The beds were very comfortable and appliances are top of the line."Guest: Lori T. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 15, 2014View listing

"We stayed here in July. 3 families with 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 10-13. There were plenty of beds and room for the kids to play and relax. The table fit everyone. We were a few blocks from a nice little market. The best part is that we were 1 block, less than 5 minutes from Union Station where you can find everything....metro, tours, restaurants, shops. This place is perfectly and centrally located. The owner and property manager were both very nice and helpful. If we come again, we will stay again. The house is over a hundred years old but updated with all that you would need."Guest: 3 families and a vacation Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 5, 2014View listing
"Within the center of poliical life and yet easily accessible to all major roads. Loved the off street parking and the close proximity to the Waterside Metro station. Facility is well stocked and has great wi-fi and TV availability. Beds were comfortable and kitchen very functional. This is my fifth time staying here and I will certainly make it a sixth in the near future."Guest: Martin C. Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: December 9, 2013View listing
