  • Stay Here, Seriously, Stay Here

"Wifi. Quality towels, and lots of them. Lots of mirrors make getting ready easy when traveling with friends. Convenient room arrangement; half-bath on first floor; nicely furnished; big closets in upstairs bedrooms. More spacious than we anticipated. Lots of small extras we did not expect--shower-mounted, quality shampoo, rinse, and body wash. Additionally--dish detergent; full-capacity washer and dryer; plenty of tp; ceiling fans; second floor ac unit; well-supplied cupboards--be sure to check contents before shopping for staples; ice maker inside the refrigerator. Although we did not meet the owner personally, missed two opportunities, texting between us worked well--very responsive. Short distance to restaurants, drug store, and to the Green & Yellow Metro lines at the Shaw-Howard station and easy access to major transfer hubs. Three friends stayed here for six nights and the residence would also be perfect for four with each person enjoying her own bed and proximity to the toilet while leaving the downstairs living rooms (with convertible sofa and futon) easily accessed and available (especially helpful for an insomniac)."

"Parking is an issue which needs to be booked before hand, the location had changed from that advertised on the internet booking site but we were redirected to another lot wher we were able to park the vehicle."

  • Great location, amazing apartment, even better landlords!

"My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 months and had an incredible time. The location is amazing! Within minutes to trendy shops/restaurants, grocery stores, Red Line metro and parks. The landlords are some of the greatest people we have ever met and really went out of their way to look out for us and make sure that our stay was more than comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this apartment and the owners! I will definitely look in to renting this place again whenever I stay in the DC area!"
