  • Capitol Hill Rowhouse

"Our stay on the Hill could not have been more pleasant than in this wonderful row house. It is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Several groceries and restaurants within walking distance and Union Station was just a five minute walk. We would definately stay again."

  • Little jewel in Georgetown.

"A charming 4story townhouse that requires quite a bit of stair climbing but is worth every step. We arrived on a Wednesday evening in time to buy groceries at the farmers market half a block away. We were 2 couples and the ones who drew the short straw had to sleep in the garret and run down a floor to the bath but the inconvenience was offset by the location. There's a tennis court across the street and lots of places to run (if you're a jogger). Restaurants abound in the vicinity. The metro is a half mile away, and parking requires that you take your rental contract to the police station for a temporary resident tag. But we loved being part of a simply delightful and very quiet neighborhood close to everything."

  • Great location, nice neighborhood, great place to stay!

"So glad that we found this place! It has easy access to Union Station, a nice mini mart close by and a quiet neighborhood! It made our stay very enjoyable! The house was perfect for our group. The owners were very nice and very easier to deal with, we had no issues with the house, it worked out good for us!! I would recommend this place to my family and friends! We got our deposit back right away and the owners were great to deal with! If I get out there again would want to rent from them again!"

  • Clean and Tidy

"My family of four (2 adults and 2 children) stayed for four days and three nights. The apartment is exactly as it looks on the website - clean and tidy. Very close to the metro and nearby grocery shopping. Gary, the landlord, came by to say hello on our first night which was very nice. My kids enjoyed the backyard. Would stay here again."
