  • Relaxing Accommodated Holiday

"We stayed in Patricia's rental for the Christmas Holiday. It was an unbelievably relaxed stay. The home was well stocked and had a full range of amentities, was clean and well kept, and made us feel very much at home. We prepared a large family dinner and had all necessary to prepare it smoothly. The beds were comfy and nicely furnished/linened. Both living rooms held large comfy sofas and it was easy for us to lounge and enjoy quality time together! When we decided to visit the city we had a quick walk to the bus located across the street and with just a short ride we were at the metro. Very easy commute and more then convenient! We were thoroughly satisfied with this visit and will be back. I recommend this experience to all!"

  • A great place to stay to see all the sights of Washington DC!

"We have stayed in many apartments/condos and this is one of the best for location, friendliness of the owners and furnishings. We brought our teenaged grandson to see DC and the place was perfect for us. The foldout sofa makes a comfy bed and will you can fold it up during the day, you don't have to. Still easy to get around the unit. Easy to walk to and from Union Station which gets you everywhere. The unit is very well equipped, especially the kitchen, and very clean. It had everything we needed. There is great cable, wifi throughout and even a good selection of games for your unlikely free time! I would definitely recommend this unit and would happily stay there again!"

  • Great place in a great location

"Very nice house with a home feeling. Rooms had comfortable beds. Loved the gas appliances. The house is in a good location not far from the metro. The owner was very helpful and gave us the hot spots to go near by. Would love to stay again."
