  • Holiday trip to get away from Maine winter!

"This is an exceptional house, clean comfortable and convenient to all the Orlando attractions. The house is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. We had a great time staying here at Ruby Red! We would certainly recommend this property to others for a vacation home. Thank you"

  • The Dream House

"This was my first time ever staying in a vacation home like this one and I have to say I wouldn't have picked another home. This is a perfect property to spend your time at while visiting Kissimmee. It had everything we needed and was a beautiful and peaceful home. My family and I really enjoyed the house. The game room was perfect and the pool was perfect aswell. I would recommend this home to anyone who is going to be spending their vacation in Kissimmee. The perfect price for the perfect home. Definitely will be returning again soon."

  • Calbria Review

"My family and I rented this home in late March for our annual trip to Walt Disney World. This home is better than described! It is beautiful and the property is very well maintained. Every area of the house was clean and ready for our arrival, including the pool heat. The location is very nice; it took less than twenty minutes to get to all of the Disney Parks and properties. However, there is something you should know about this property before booking. This property is not in a gated or private community (in all fairness, it does not claim to be). This fact impacted our trip negatively when I witnessed a robbery in progress to the property next door while I was outside enjoying the pool with my children. While giving my statement to the police, I learned that this robbery was the fourth robbery to take place on this street in a matter of seven days and that robberies in the area have been giving the police trouble for more than a month. Needless to say, my family and I no longer felt comfortable staying in this location and we were nervous for the remaining three days of our trip. I called the management company to inform them of what happened and to inquire about an alarm system for this property since there is an ADT sign by the front door (there is no alarm system). I had to leave two messages before the management company returned my call. When I received a return phone call, the management company was not helpful or sympathetic to our concerns. Furthermore, on the last day of our stay, two men came to the door demanding to be let in to service the fire extinguishers. When I told them the rental agreement specifically states not to let contractors in unless informed by the management company (we were not) I was verbally threatened by one of the men. He said, "I know the code, I can come in at any time". When we called the management company, they informed us that they knew that the men would be in the area but didn't know that they would be there that early. I feel bad about including this in my review, because none of this is the fault of the owners. They have a beautiful rental home and cannot control what others do, except to hire a better management company. I did want to include this information in my review because the robberies and the lack of response or help from the management company made it very difficult to enjoy the remainder of our trip. The property is worth five stars, but I only gave it four because of the poor management."

  • Disney Stay

"Me and my family loved this condo. It was as described and very comfortable. The location is great. Not to far from Disney but out enough that it gets you away from the crazy traffic."
