"Having stayed in several villas on Orangetree this property is much more of a home than a holiday letting.
It was perfect for our needs especially being in such a quiet location, and not overlooked in the pool area and
rear. We used the 'hot tub' and pool to help relax at the end of every day. The villa was very clean and comfortable and definitely a 'home from home'. The two minor issues we had were very quickly addressed by the management company with whome we were very impressed. The availability of Sports Channels on TV's were a great bonus as the NBA Finals were covered during our stay. Overall we would definitely stay at this villa again on any future visits to Orlando."

"This was our first time renting a vacation house and we did not know what to expect, the pictures and reviews online for Klaus & Betty's house were amazing however everything completely exceeded our expectations and the pictures and reviews did not do it justice. The house has an incredible layout with the kitchen at the centre of everything and one of the bathrooms had a door to the pool so when the kids were wet they went straight into the bathroom to change - it was perfect. There were extra towels, sheets, pillows and bedding in every closet for every bedroom. Klaus was awesome to deal with as well - he made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The information email he sent us before we left answered all our questions and was easy to follow. We did not want to go home and even before we left we had already decided that we would be coming back and would not even consider staying somewhere else. We spent every day of our vacation at a Disney park and then would come back to enjoy the pool and hot tub. No matter where we were in the pool/back deck we could not see either of the neighbouring properties. The next vacation is already in the works so that we can stay here again - we will not even consider looking at other houses to rent."

"We stayed in the home with our daughter and one of her friends over the Halloween period. The house is beautifully clean and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were great and got use at least once every day we were there. All the bedrooms were excellent. We could easily have added two or three more people to the party and had grandparents along too without any of us rubbing shoulders too much. Location is a little to the west side of the Orlando/Kissimee area, but very close to Disney and only 30 minutes or so from Universal - after all, why are any of us with kids going to Orlando? Plenty of stores and restaurants close by with a huge range of choice for whatever your taste buds fancy. Several Publix within a mile - for non-US people, just about the best US supermarket for my money. Also a huge Wal-Mart on the doorstep. Drug stores very close too. Generally very quiet. At a rough guess the area is about 50% holiday homes based on the number of houses that were decorated for Halloween. Very quiet and well tended all around. Feels like a nice, family area. As others have noted, about 40 minutes from the airport with a couple of toll stops along the way - $1.50 then $1 if I remember correctly. General tip - if you're renting a car, do not take the EZ Pass for the tolls unless you intend to travel a lot. Convenient, but if you're just running back and forth to the airport it will not work out from a cost perspective. None of the parks around the area need to be accessed by toll roads. Weather in October is usually mid-high 70s but we touched 90 a couple of times. Orlando can always be a bit humid too so be aware. Summary? Highly recommended. If you do choose to rent the house check out our message in the guest book - should find it from the date."
