"The owners are very good at what they do. They are readily available and truly want you to enjoy your stay. We had a great time. Apple TV was awesome and of course the pool and jacuzzi was the highlight. The kitchen has everything you need..the BBQ is nice..the beds are great...nice to have a washer and dryer as well. Basically the reason a group wants to stay in a rental home, apposed to a hotel, is for these luxuries, and these owners have thought of everything! We also got welcoming gifts...nice touch:)"

"We stayed in the home with our daughter and one of her friends over the Halloween period. The house is beautifully clean and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were great and got use at least once every day we were there. All the bedrooms were excellent. We could easily have added two or three more people to the party and had grandparents along too without any of us rubbing shoulders too much. Location is a little to the west side of the Orlando/Kissimee area, but very close to Disney and only 30 minutes or so from Universal - after all, why are any of us with kids going to Orlando? Plenty of stores and restaurants close by with a huge range of choice for whatever your taste buds fancy. Several Publix within a mile - for non-US people, just about the best US supermarket for my money. Also a huge Wal-Mart on the doorstep. Drug stores very close too. Generally very quiet. At a rough guess the area is about 50% holiday homes based on the number of houses that were decorated for Halloween. Very quiet and well tended all around. Feels like a nice, family area. As others have noted, about 40 minutes from the airport with a couple of toll stops along the way - $1.50 then $1 if I remember correctly. General tip - if you're renting a car, do not take the EZ Pass for the tolls unless you intend to travel a lot. Convenient, but if you're just running back and forth to the airport it will not work out from a cost perspective. None of the parks around the area need to be accessed by toll roads. Weather in October is usually mid-high 70s but we touched 90 a couple of times. Orlando can always be a bit humid too so be aware. Summary? Highly recommended. If you do choose to rent the house check out our message in the guest book - should find it from the date."

"The five of us had a wonderful time stopping at Sunset Dream Villa during our recent family trip to Florida. The villa is extremely spacious and it was great to have plenty of room to relax after a busy day at the parks.
The pool and hot tub provided a great treat between park-hopping, and is perfectly positioned for catching plenty of mid - late afternoon sun.
Plenty of supermarkets and all the big name restaurants within easy reach (car permitting). Also well positioned for Disney (especially once we found the Sherberth Road shortcut!) and access to the I4.
Lynn was more than happy to answer any questions, and quick to refund our deposit.
Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home!"
