"My family and I stayed at this house in early November. We had such a great time. Plenty of space and an awesome pool and hot tub to enjoy. My kids loved the lion king room they slept in. And they also spent a lot of time in the game room. Great location too. 20 minutes from Disney and about 20mins to Sea World. Plus only 1 1/2 hours to Clearwater Beach. The house was very clean which is always a plus. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area. Also, the few small issues we had were taken care of right away. The property management staff was pleasant and prompt!!"

"We vacationed with our family including six grandchildren and we had plenty of room for everyone. Greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Everything we needed for the two babies. We went to Disney parks which were all within short driving distance. We had an excellent vacation!"

"This is my tenth trip to Disney with previous experiences on the Disney Cruise and the deluxe Disney resorts. This has been by far the easiest trip to date staying at this beautiful house in a wonderful location. The location is so close to Disney that it is easier to jump in the car and make the short and easy drive to the house than to navigate the monorail, bus and ferry system at the parks (and I know them well). We have five kids between the ages of 7 and 12 and they loved it here! The house is set up so they have their own little "wing" of the house (2 bedrooms and a full bathroom in the middle). They loved the pool and we loved that the maximum depth is 5 feet and there is a safe and secure child fence surrounding it, in addition to the numerous locks on the doors. The games room entertained them in the evenings as it gets dark here at 5:30 this time of year. There was also a fun selection of movies to watch. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. We ate breakfast and most dinners at home as I am not a huge fan of eating out but there are more restaurants nearby than anyone could need. The common areas are large, clean, nicely decorated but family friendly. During our week here, we went to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach (Lori Wilson Park). Each day was a breeze with our location. We ate breakfast at the house, packed drinks and snacks and returned for dinner and a great swim. The grocery stores and pharmacies are close by if needed. The weather in November was perfect for us Canadians, 80s/90s and all day sunshine. The parks were far quieter any other time I have visited. It is also important to note the house's driveway fits a large extended SUV (the driveways in Florida are shorter than we are used to). The area is quiet and neighbours were friendly. I ran in the neighbourhood every morning and really enjoyed it. The owners were responsive, accommodating and very helpful. I will recommend this property to my family and friends and look forward to returning some day."

"The right location and a good number of bedrooms for a large group (10 max) and an oversized deck that provides great space for a long table for family-style meals, plus entertainment room as noted, but for what we are most comfortable in, we felt the interior needed updating--stove, refrigerator, kitchen counters, at least some mattresses upstairs. Others may not be concerned about this, but we have stayed in a number of rental properties, including another, smaller house in Orlando a few years ago, and this was the only one so far that has not had the feel of modern, luxury accommodations that we try to select for when considering rentals. Air conditioning lowest level is 75 degrees, which for us was on the border of uncomfortable at night in Florida heat, though others may be fine with it.. Not sure why compressors throughout this complex apparently freeze up below that according to rental info. in binder--we moved on to a property in Key West, after finishing this rental, where we could set temperature down to 72 at night with no problem. In addition, property is, as Ian phrases it, "self-catering", which means there is nothing in the way of condiments or extra trash bags or anything else either provided or left by previous tenants, again unlike other places we have rented, so plan accordingly to bring/buy absolutely everything you need."
