  • Great location, spacious, clean, well appointed and excellent owner to deal with!

"My family spent 9 days at this beautiful, well appointed villa along with my sisters family and my parents (6 adults and 4 kids). The location was great for Disney, Universal, Sea World, Legoland, etc and there are several excellent golf courses nearby as well. The pool and spa was awesome to wake up to or relax in after a long day at the parks. The house is huge with 3 different living room spaces plus a games room so you have lots of space for adults and kids to relax and play. The house is very clean and well maintained. The owner, David, is very responsive and was a pleasure to deal with. It is obvious he takes great pride of ownership for this beautiful property. We had one minor issue with the coffee maker not working (ok this could have been a major issue 😀) however a quick call to the management company and we had a new one within an hour. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing family vacation!"

  • Great place to stay

"We stayed in this property for a week in early January 2014 and we loved our stay. The place has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and 2 twins), 2 baths - both with bathtubs and separate showers, full kitchen and laundry. There were 5 of us staying there and we definitely had enough room. We arrived in an RV and were meeting family there for "Christmas in January". The front desk staff were very accommodating and let us park the RV at the side of the building. We were close to a pool - the one with the beach and Tradewinds Restaurant. The place was spotless and had almost everything we needed. Only things we were lacking in the kitchen were a can opener (they have an electric one that we couldn't get to work) and a pancake flipper, but since we had the RV and all of our belonging with us that wasn't a problem. We spent most of our time out of the room at Disney and Universal which are both about 20-30 minutes away. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Publix is the nearest grocery store and has the best fried chicken! We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again! Just an FYI, it is on the 3rd floor and has no elevator. I believe that this particular floor plan is only on the 3rd floor."

  • My Family's First Disney Vacation

"The condo was just right for my family of five and I'm glad I found it. We enjoyed staying there very much, despite a couple issues. The condo was so much nicer than hotel rooms or a suite (which likely would have been too small, anyway). The kids enjoyed playing with the foosball and pool tables. The wi-fi worked flawlessly. The condo was VERY clean and well stocked with towels. The beds were comfortable for the kids. No complaints from me. There were a couple of downsides, if I'm being honest. Our stay at the condo was marred by the fridge and freezer, which ruined over $100.00 in food. I don't know whether there was a problem with the unit, or it's turned off between visitors. Whatever the case may be, it took two days for it to cool down and actually freeze anything. Management (David?) was called, no other complaints had been made prior to our arrival and, to the extent I'm aware, nothing was done. There may not have been anything wrong with the unit. Management should anticipate renters using the freezer/'fridge and leave it on. I was pretty upset about the waste of food and money because of this. The other thing I'd like to bring up is the matter of checking-in at the resort. Is it mandatory, or optional? The property description wasn't clear but, if I'm being honest, it's a question I should have asked before our arrival. Once you check in, you're locked into paying the resort fee for each day you're renting the condo. Paying the full resort fee was not an option, nor was it something you could pay just for a single day you accessed the "resort". Your kids will enjoy the pools, water slides and lazy river (all of which were clean). However, if it had been up to me, I would have skipped it in favor of the nice, quiet clubhouse pool near the condo. The property is very conveniently located. Grocery stores are nearby as well as restaurants and shopping (everything's on state route 192, to the north). It's a very short drive to Disneyworld and not that far to Universal Studios. Kennedy Space Center is an hour away (bring change for the tollways!). Overall we really enjoyed the condo and would gladly rent it again for another vacation. I don't hesitate to recommend this property to friends. On balance, we had a very good experience!!!"
