"A fantastic villa in a great location. Loved the pool and watching the fireworks from the villa at night. We had a great holiday here and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Owners were very helpful even giving recommendations for dinner etc. Loved it. Many thanks"

"My family of 5 (mom, dad, three tween girls) stayed in this villa in June 2015. I was quite pleased with everything. It is as pictured and described. We found the property very clean. There were lots of extra things I wouldn't have thought to ask about that were available, including extra towels, books, videos, toys. My daughters were quite enamoured with the little anoles outside the house, we don't have those in Ohio. We didn't find any anoles or other creatures inside the house. ;) The "quiet" factor in any vacation rental area can vary greatly with who you get for neighbors, but it was very quiet for our entire stay. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, the twin beds seemed of similar quality, and none of us used the queen bedroom. A family of 8 would still be very comfortable and uncrowded in this house.
I've rented several villas over the years in various locations. We've had good experiences, but usually by the end of our stays I've found a couple things that bothered me. This time the only thing that bothered me was that we had to leave."

"Looks tiny from the front however there is a lot of house tucked away inside. Five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Pretty standard furniture that worked for our week stay. Everyone seemed to be comfortable. When we arrived the toilet lid was broken and the pool was dirty but they came the next day to fix both. This was my first time staying in a rental house and it seemed like we needed something from the store every day. Owner/Property management company should provide a suggested list of things you might need. With the excitement of the family being at Disney you forget the little things that you may need at the house (Detergent, seasonings, foil, cleaning supplies, tissue, food containers, condiments...etc). The only drawback we faced was NO CABLE! The boxes stated the the cable was interrupted because of non-payment. When we questioned them they insisted we did have cable, however the cable was only the couple of local channels. That's not cable! We had some older family members that couldn't do Disney but still wanted to be a part of the experience and they were stuck with four local channels all day, and they kids couldn't watch the Disney Channel or any other shows so it made the evenings kinda drag along. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thank You"
