  • Great for Family Get-Togethers

"We used this condo to celebrate Thanksgiving as a family AND to attend a college basketball tournament at Disney's ESPN complex. The unit and resort were wonderful and in close proximity to all of the venues. Highly recommend a long stay - you won't be disapointeed."

  • Family Spring Break

"We rented Magnolia View for 5 nights in March. We were two families sharing. With five bedrooms, we had plenty of room for everyone and we weren't on top of each other. There were two king master suites for the parents and the assorted teens split up the double bedroom and the two twin bedrooms. The place was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Check in was easy as we had been sent the door codes in advance. After two long days of driving, it was nice to just be able to drive straight to the house (no stop at an office to pick up keys) and check out was just as easy. Pack up and go. Unfortunately, while we were there it was chilly and often rainy; therefore we enjoyed the hot tub, but we weren't really able to take advantage of the pool area. It was well-maintained, however, and the half bath out there would have come in handy if we'd been able to swim. Inside, the living room was very comfortable, the kitchen had most gadgets we needed, the game room in the garage was fun for all, and the bedrooms were very comfortable and each had its own bath, which was great. The resorts location was good. There is a shopping plaza with gas and grocery near by, and it was nice to be well off the main drag. That said, do expect to drive 15 minutes or more to find the main drag and the majority of the restaurants and theme parks. A car is a must, but it's not a hassle to drive. There is a small water park at the resort. Note you need to let Don know in advance the day you want use it. We picked our last day, which was a mistake because again the weather did not cooperate and we didn't end up going. We did go to the resort hotel because the Disney fireworks are visible from the rooftop pool area. There were other resort amenities that we weren't able to take advantage of--due to time and weather--but everything we saw seemed well-maintained. The agency was quite busy with bookings when we made our reservations (given we were traveling over spring break). I had to call Don a couple of times to ask about contracts before we left and security deposit refunds when we returned. He was always apologetic, very easy to deal with, and very pleasant. All the paperwork was eventually done, but I confess, I was a bit nervous since we were renting sight unseen (just based on the Internet). I was happy with how well everything worked out and how lovely the place was. We would definitely rent this house again and I would gladly recommend it and Don and his rental company."

  • Very nice house, in a resort!

"We've chosen the Coral House because it's absolutely the best you can get for a reasonable price inside The Reunion Resort. All the other are much more expensive. Our stay was overall perfect. It looks like a small house but when you open the door and walk around it's all twice as large. So when you're coming with 6 adults, no problem. The location is perfect for Disney adventures but a bit farther away from Universal Studios and the Seaworld parks. Nothing to worry about because the interstate takes you there is 20 min. Thanks for a great stay."

  • wonderful place to stay

"WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY IN THIS TOWNHOME. ONLY MINOR ISSUES, LIKE THE LIGHTING, SOME BULBS IN LAMPS WERE OUT. CONTACTED OWNER AND HE SAID HE WOULD FIX THAT ISSUE. I WOULD RECCOMEND STAYING HERE IT WAS VERY NICE AND CONVENIENT TO MANY MANY THINGS, INCLUDING THE DISNEY PARKS. HAD A GREAT STAY!"
