  • Cozy clean home

    "The property was extremely clean in a lovely gated community. Close to stores and restaurants. Darlene responded to all questions very promptly. The property is about 30 minutes to universal studios. I would definitely stay here again."

  • Clean, Comfortable and great service

    "This was our first trip to Disney to spend time with grandsons who were staying at the resort. The location was close but we found ourselves taking a toll road that made it even closer and we flew past all the traffic and signals (to Disney in less than 10 minutes) - best two bucks spent ever. The gated entry was nice and the security staff was always friendly and professional. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The rooms were large, well furnished and very clean. We were enjoying our stay so much that at the last minute we wanted to extend our visit one day. We contacted the owner via email and she immediately responded with a "no problem" and made the necessary arrangements happen. Although I don't have plans to return in the near future, I do have three other grandchildren and if we go back to Disney with them, we will certainly request this unit as a repeat customer."

  • Great Customer Service over a canceled trip

    "I had reserved the home about 6 months prior to my trip. Vicky was very helpful through the process and always answered my questions via email in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip right at the 30 day mark when my balance was due in full. I emailed Vicky the news and she canceled my reservation without any issues and refunded me my deposit without any hesitation. I will definitely book her home once we are able to take our Disney vacation in the future!"
