"The property was nice and very close to magic kingdom. The service was awesome. We had such a good time there. Ther condo was clean and big. We were so comfortable staying there. Laura, the owner, is so helpful and responsive to all questions that I had. Thank you."

"The house was so perfect for a family of seven. Having individual bedrooms (except the boys) and 4 bathrooms was amazing. Having all the amenities of home is essential when travelling with a large family. The house itself is beautiful - air conditioning was lovely in the humid climate. Having a lovely pool to enjoy the Florida heat was amazing. The games room was also used a lot by our family. It was so nice to get away from all the electronics that we all love and know so well (not to say they didn't accompany us on our trip but they really were not used much). Laundry machines too helped keep us fresh smelling (which was needed in the Florida humidity). The house itself was a great way to connect with a very busy, growing family (our youngest of 5 is 18). Big gathering/living room with comfy furniture and two lovely dining areas was awesome. Open concept helped to keep the communication going amoungst us all.
Always a little nervous when booking and hoping all is good and not a scam. We couldn't have been happier with the process of booking, payment, and having everything in order as promised. The codes were set up on the door and alarm and was easy to access.
Great Family Accomodations if considering Disneyworld/Universal or just Orlando itself - very close to everything. So much better than getting a hotel and being in separate rooms. I highly recommend booking with Florida Premier Rentals. I will again. They are the real deal....."

"My family of 4 stayed in this unit on the 10th floor of building 5 overlooking the pirate ship pool. Check in was easy and the building and unit were very clean. The unit was spacious and we could have easily fit a few more guests. The kitchen was fully equipped with new appliances including a blender, can opener, 4 slice toaster and coffee maker although we didn't use all of them. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the fun at the pool. We also enjoyed watching the storms from the balcony when they arrived. Since we did not have Disney, we actually pulled up a bench near the elevator window area one night and watched the fireworks show from Disney. If there's a will, there's a way. On this vacation, I think my family enjoyed the time at the pool the most. This is also a great location. It's very close to a mega Walmart so I got groceries on our first night. It's also near a Wawa which is our favorite convenience store since we are from the Philadelphia area where it originated. The outlets are within walking distance. It is a short drive or shuttle to the amusement parks. We had a rental car so we did not use the shuttle. My boys enjoyed the game room and my husband used the gym every day. It was good but small. If you are looking for a great place to stay in the Orlando area and don't want to be crammed into a hotel room, this is the place for you."

good place but could use some improvements to make it 5 stars
"We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. Good price for the space you get. Views are wonderful and having lake front views and a nice walkway give it that beachy feel. You can see many fireworks each night from the front balconies. The pool is huge and we loved it. The hot tub is just ok. The jets are very weak. The staff was very friendly.
Having to wash your own towels, there should have been a better supply of them. There probably wasn't because there is no place to put them. Only 1 towel bar in each bathroom. And it was far away from the shower in the master. The master bathtub had a horrible odor coming from the jets that are obviously in need of a good bleaching or something. We had to buy an air freshner to keep from gagging! The water pressure is very low in the shower! And, there really wasn't a lot of hot water.
The dyer took a long time to dry the clothes and towels.
The refrigerator has rust spots on the outside, but fine in.
We spent 3 days at parks and 2 days at the pool. The pool days we made lunch in the room. I was making grilled cheeses then realized there was no spatula in the room.
Our shower handle was broken. We reported it to the staff. Housekeeping should have noticed this. Housekeeping should also clean the ceiling fans that apparantly aren't cleaned. And, you must wear flip flops or your feet WILL be black!! Some frequent steam cleaning should help with that.
I was told there were plently of nice fluffy pillows in the room. WRONG!! 5 out of 6 pillows were about a quarter of an inch thick. Very flat!!! I have vertigo and can't lay flat. We asked for better pillows and got some that were just ok.
The oustide of the building is starting to peel. It can use a facelift.
Overall, it is a very nice place to stay. But, better pillows, more room for towels, better cleaning with fans and floors, fix water pressure, clean the bathtub jets to get rid of awful odor, and add more basic cooking utensils, then this place would be perfect!"
