  • My Family's First Disney Vacation

"The condo was just right for my family of five and I'm glad I found it. We enjoyed staying there very much, despite a couple issues. The condo was so much nicer than hotel rooms or a suite (which likely would have been too small, anyway). The kids enjoyed playing with the foosball and pool tables. The wi-fi worked flawlessly. The condo was VERY clean and well stocked with towels. The beds were comfortable for the kids. No complaints from me. There were a couple of downsides, if I'm being honest. Our stay at the condo was marred by the fridge and freezer, which ruined over $100.00 in food. I don't know whether there was a problem with the unit, or it's turned off between visitors. Whatever the case may be, it took two days for it to cool down and actually freeze anything. Management (David?) was called, no other complaints had been made prior to our arrival and, to the extent I'm aware, nothing was done. There may not have been anything wrong with the unit. Management should anticipate renters using the freezer/'fridge and leave it on. I was pretty upset about the waste of food and money because of this. The other thing I'd like to bring up is the matter of checking-in at the resort. Is it mandatory, or optional? The property description wasn't clear but, if I'm being honest, it's a question I should have asked before our arrival. Once you check in, you're locked into paying the resort fee for each day you're renting the condo. Paying the full resort fee was not an option, nor was it something you could pay just for a single day you accessed the "resort". Your kids will enjoy the pools, water slides and lazy river (all of which were clean). However, if it had been up to me, I would have skipped it in favor of the nice, quiet clubhouse pool near the condo. The property is very conveniently located. Grocery stores are nearby as well as restaurants and shopping (everything's on state route 192, to the north). It's a very short drive to Disneyworld and not that far to Universal Studios. Kennedy Space Center is an hour away (bring change for the tollways!). Overall we really enjoyed the condo and would gladly rent it again for another vacation. I don't hesitate to recommend this property to friends. On balance, we had a very good experience!!!"

  • Surpassed our expectations

"Firstly the booking process was seamless with no issues at all. The contact throughout with the owner was fantastic they couldnt have done more. The property is exceptional and with a very high standard of furnishings and clealiness through out. The pictures do not do this property justice. Security deposit returned within hours of our return home. I cannot recommend this property enough and have so far passed on to friends and family the villa details. All major restaurants and a walmart only 7 minutes away by car. Car essential for this property. We have now been on numerous occasions to Orlando and this has been the best villa we have stayed at. We hope book again for next year with this owner. Highly recommended."

  • perfect for kids

"the resort is perfect if you have kids. Pool area has several areas for kids to play including lazy river, splash zone and the zero entry pool area which was perfect for our 18 month old. Bar area close to pool for some afternoon beverages. It was easy and close to access from the condo we rented. Can't say enough about pool area and other activities associated with resort. Ignore comments about pool area not being clean, updated or anything along these lines. As for the unit, it was pretty basic but very clean and stocked with towels and sheets. Location is also one of the better units. Facing one of the pool and on the end across the street from the big pool area. Only bit of feedback we would provide to owners is that kitchen is pretty bare. We like to cook and the cookware and utensils was pretty minimal. Also would have liked to seen maybe some dishwasher detergent, some paper towels and just basic stuff. Ended up spending a lot of basic kitchen necessities that we didn't anticipate. Overall, great price, great condo and would highly recommend to families."

  • Great for Family Vacation

"My family was looking for a place that would allow us plenty of room and where we could prepare our own meals so that we weren't eating out all the time. The Stewart's condo provided exactly what we were looking for. There was plenty of room for the 5 adults and 3 kids. It is well stocked with everything we needed and more. The kids loved the Disney decor. All three of them wanted to sleep in the two Mickey beds. They were entertained with the movies and toys that were in the condo. The parents appreciated having a stroller available so we didn't have to bring one. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable home away from home."
