  • Beautiful home!!

"My family and I have just spent 2 1/2 weeks in this beautiful home and it was amazing! This was our 5th time at Windsor Hills and this house was by far the nicest/cleanest we have ever rented. My husband said "it's even clean under the beds!!". The beds were comfortable, lots of kitchen utensils etc, linens. I had a small bit of trouble getting the tv to work initially but the management company had it figured out in no time. (A remote control for the tv was misplaced). I would definately rent from Amanda again!!"

  • petersons vacation

"This was the most beatuiful vacation home that my family and I had the pleasure staying in.it was so nice and cozy. The pool area was do clean. Its actuslly our home away from home. I've had some vacation home renters but I never had the pleasure of renting from anyone like mrs. Marilyn zang. Just her conversations over the phone makes u feel at home.. I wish I hsd the pleasure of renting from her before. Take my advice; if u ever get the opportunity to rent her beautiful vacation home, do wait to late, go ahead and give her a call; u just have to beat me to it.(lol). Enjoy your vacation; the Peterson."

  • My Family's First Disney Vacation

"The condo was just right for my family of five and I'm glad I found it. We enjoyed staying there very much, despite a couple issues. The condo was so much nicer than hotel rooms or a suite (which likely would have been too small, anyway). The kids enjoyed playing with the foosball and pool tables. The wi-fi worked flawlessly. The condo was VERY clean and well stocked with towels. The beds were comfortable for the kids. No complaints from me. There were a couple of downsides, if I'm being honest. Our stay at the condo was marred by the fridge and freezer, which ruined over $100.00 in food. I don't know whether there was a problem with the unit, or it's turned off between visitors. Whatever the case may be, it took two days for it to cool down and actually freeze anything. Management (David?) was called, no other complaints had been made prior to our arrival and, to the extent I'm aware, nothing was done. There may not have been anything wrong with the unit. Management should anticipate renters using the freezer/'fridge and leave it on. I was pretty upset about the waste of food and money because of this. The other thing I'd like to bring up is the matter of checking-in at the resort. Is it mandatory, or optional? The property description wasn't clear but, if I'm being honest, it's a question I should have asked before our arrival. Once you check in, you're locked into paying the resort fee for each day you're renting the condo. Paying the full resort fee was not an option, nor was it something you could pay just for a single day you accessed the "resort". Your kids will enjoy the pools, water slides and lazy river (all of which were clean). However, if it had been up to me, I would have skipped it in favor of the nice, quiet clubhouse pool near the condo. The property is very conveniently located. Grocery stores are nearby as well as restaurants and shopping (everything's on state route 192, to the north). It's a very short drive to Disneyworld and not that far to Universal Studios. Kennedy Space Center is an hour away (bring change for the tollways!). Overall we really enjoyed the condo and would gladly rent it again for another vacation. I don't hesitate to recommend this property to friends. On balance, we had a very good experience!!!"
