Clean luxurious condo.
"The management company and the owner was a pleasure to work with. The condo exceeded our expectations in every way. The walls were solid and did not hear any neighbors that were next door or above us. I could have had a firmer mattress, but my wife loved it. That was just a preference. I will definitely try to book this condo again. The Master Bathroom was a getaway within a getaway. Thank you."

"We wanted to be near Universal and the local restaurants and this townhouse worked out perfectly. We (2 adults and two teenagers) stayed 3 nights, and had a ton of room to relax and spread out. 5 minutes to many restaurants on International Drive, and under 10 minutes to Universal. Easy access to the complex exit.
Immaculately clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and responsive when we had a couple of questions upon arrival."

"First of all I need to mention that I have anxiety when I can hear people late at night when traveling. We stayed at an All Star resort last time, and it's horrible! So my quest this trip was to find a decent QUIET alternative. This condo is fantastic! The top floor option, beautiful pictures and furnishings, and the lake were the perfect set up for quiet. My family (me, husband, son and daughter) were there Nov 8-15. We had a ton of space! The sectional couch and huge tv are great. Makes me want to buy the same pieces for myself!) The kids had their own rooms and tvs. We were able to relax a lot!
Perfectly located to access all Disney parks plus Universal very easily. We hardly saw anybody while we stayed at this condo.
A few MINOR things: I thought the pool hours were restricted, and closed at 10pm. A few nights a family or 2 braved to cool night air and stayed in the pool till well after 10pm...sometimes after 11pm. But I have to say that even though I could hear people, it wasn't that loud. I don't know if there are employees monitoring the pool at all, so it would have been nice if those guests were sent back to their condo.
The other thing were ants. Saw a few tiny ants in the kitchen/foyer area. No big deal...until my son pointed out a huge swarm of ants on the baseboard in his bedroom. We bought ant spray and traps, cleaned it up and never saw them again. Makes me wonder if the cleaning crew is through between guest visits. But these things didn't change my feelings about this rental.
I would definitely come back to Emerald Isle again! We would have spent twice the money (or more) to stay in a moderate or deluxe resort on Disney and got half (or less) the amenities. Having a car there allowed us to eat at other restaurants and go to the movies. The Publix was close for grocery shopping too which was nice.
Lee is fantastic to deal with as well. My emails and questions were answered promptly. You get all the information you need and it's easy to follow.
I'd love to come back and stay here! This rental is worth every penny!"

"Condo was great, very large, fresh and new, well apportioned, and great central location. The property manager was easily reachable and very helpful. Pool was a great bonus as well. We really enjoyed our stay!"
