Clean, safe and close to Disney parks
"Great experience. Clean home, good sized bedrooms. Worked well for our family of seven (including toddler). Easily accommodate two more. Management team were awesome to work with and very accommodating. The gated community well cared for and management at clubhouse friendly and helpful.
Received easy to follow directions from airport, Walmart and other grocery stores less than half mile away. Definitely would stay there again."

We all had a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed staying at your home and it was so easy to get back and forth to the theme parks. My youngest granddaughter Anya who is 5 wanted to stay there, but only to come back home here for her birthday and Christmas. I will certainly let my friends and family know about your Orlando home. Thanks again for letting us stay in your home.
All the best for 2015!

"The house we rented was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The drive to Disney was reasonable…perhaps 15 minutes and about 25 to Universal Studios. It was so close that we were able to easily come home to change out of soaking clothes and get back to the Mouse action with little impact on our plans. The pool is nice and much appreciated at the end of a long day on your feet. I would definitely recommend staying here to others who want something other than a hotel between theme parks. I found the owner to be pleasant and great to work with. The house was essentially as advertised.
However, it is worth noting that there were several minor detectors during our stay.
-The above range microwave was broken, but there was a count top one to use.
-The house is highly tiled--some floor tiles were cracked, some wobbled, many were missing grout to hold them together.
- Despite the cleaning, there were smoked cigarette butts and trash on the back deck
-The toilet in the main hall tends to not reset. The manager came by but it still would not reset 2 of 3 times it was used
- There is no hot tub. The pool has a circular tub off of it, but you cannot heat it up individually or turn on the jets.
-The handles to both sliding glass doors are broken/missing
-When we arrived there was nonstop chirping from a smoke detector…as we left they were still going. Not a huge thing, but definitely an annoyance.
-The bottom circular plastic piece of the “hot tub” looks broken
- We originally paid to have the gas grill for use, but there was no gas in the bottle. To be fair the owner offered to reimburse us if we wanted to find a place to refill it, but who wants to do that on vacation?
- We put in two calls to the property manager and they went unanswered forcing us to have to call the owner at his home.
- The dishwasher is on its last legs. Thoroughly rinsed dishes come out grittily and need rewashing.
- Many of the electric outlet covers are cracked and needed replacing.
Overall, with the exception of the hot tub which isn’t and the grill, we were pleased with the house. It is a very nice place conveniently located to Disney, Universal Studios, and Orlando’s airport. The house could use significant minor work, but is definitely worth renting if you can put up with no hot tub, the need for minor fixes in the house, and would like a reasonably priced place to stay outside of the mainstream resort hotels."
