  • Well maintained and equipped house in great location

    "The house is 1 mile from the 192 and about 5 miles from Disney. The property was immaculate, all the furnishings like new. Large HD TV in the family area and garage (sports room) with dvd and games. Lovely large pool area which was not overlooked and had the sun. Windsor hills was secure with 24hr gate security and well maintained. Publix supermarket was 4 miles away and nearest shops about 1 mile. All the restaurants we liked were no more than 2-3 miles away. Kevin, the owner was very helpful and great to deal with - thanks, Kevin. All in all a great property in a fab location."

  • Awesome place to stay!! A +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ :)

    "We stayed here for a week with our 2 tween children in Feb. 2015. Loved it :) Owner was very good with communication and response times. The place was exactly as described, a nice home away from home. Fireworks as promised. Nice having a kitchen and a washer/dryer. Came home with clean clothes and packed less so less checked baggage. VERY close to ALL attractions we went too; All Disney parks, Sea World, Medieval Dinner & show, Pirates Adventure show, Boggy Creek Airboats, the airport was only 20 minutes pending traffic. It was just over an hour to Cocoa Beach Pier. A publix and lots of food places close by as well. The convenience store was VERY spendy so I would advise going to a gas station or the publix right away. We absolutely loved this place :) The spa tub and the hot tubs were nice to relax in after a long day at the park and our kids loved the pirate ship pool area. We are not typically spa people but my daughter and I did enjoy a nice foot massage while the guys were fishing, it was gorgeous in there and relaxing, reasonably priced. Also easy walking distance to the outlet shops, something else to do while the guys were fishing and didn't need a car to do it :) Can't say enough nice things about this place! Staff was helpful and friendly as well! We would definitely stay again if we ever return to Florida!"

  • Reserve your dates pronto !!

    "Believe the other reviews and book this amazing townhouse ASAP. Joe made every aspect of our stay wonderful . The home is so close to the parks that you could visit in the morning then escape the craziness of Disney or the heat and be home lickety split and go back refreshed from a quick dip or a bite to eat. The VIP passes were a real treat. The travel package he sends out explains everything in detail. I can't say enough about it. Thank you Joe and Judy !"

  • Brilliant

    "We Had a fantastic time at Windsor Hills. Bill and Donnas villa was fabulous, it had everything you could wish for and more pool was fantastic and the bedrooms were luxury and it was a lovely complex. It was very close to the Disney parks so you could come and go as you pleased, it had easy access to all the main highways. Bill and Donna were superb to work with and help organise our wonderful holiday, I have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone and hope to come back in the very near future."
