  • Lovely, clean and comfortable!

"We just returned home from a lovely vacation in Florida. Our holiday was made memorable by staying in this lovely villa.!! It was very clean and spacious. Great location, very comfortable and we were unable to find fault. The kids, as well as the adults, had a great time in the pool. Would recommend this villa for anyone. We truly appreciated its comfort following busy days in the parks."

  • excellent condo!!!

"What an amazing week. Definitely a five star exerience. Private condo with a home feel. Everything we needed was there. Complete cooking essentials. Nice size rooms. Extremely clean. Towels, paper needs, and sample detergents. More than we expected. Gated community 5 min from Disney. Walmart,Publix and wawa right outside the private community. Our 2 teen daughters loved the pool and gym area. The community had a quaint village feel. We even got to meet some of the neighbors who are owners. They were so warm and inviting and displayed an excellent sense of community. Coming from a NY suburban community we definitely felt at home!!!! Magical memories check in is a mile away and allowed us to check in early. A code is utilized for the front gate, amenities and front door to the condo which we found so convenient.. no need to carry keys. Thank you Paul for your prompt responses and allowing us the opportunity to stay in your home. Expect to hear from us soon for a return trip....."

  • A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS,, THE STAY WAS WORTH A MILLION!!

"Let me start out by saying, my Husband and I are considered young world class travelers! We have been to over seas and all over the USA and some of Canada! We have stayed a over fifty bed and breakfasts! This home is in certainly one of our top ten places to stay. The owner and staff really care for the home and most importantly the guests! The home had almost everything you could want! MY husband and I never had the chance to have human children but we do have furbabies! We have 70 lib chocolate lab and black lab mix babies! Our children loved the fenced in yard and the grass was amazing, being that it is winter in Tennessee and we have no grass they really really loved the grass! They also loved the pool! The pool was warm and hot tub was steaming hot! Although we only used one of the rooms, we love having a large home, just incase we have guest come while we are vacation! The owner supplied a lot of things we havent seen in most homes, kreuig coffee machine with any flavor of coffee and tea you could ever want! Laundry room was stocked with anything you need not to mention brand new may tag washer and dryer! The cleaning lady was the best ever, probably one of the cleanest houses Ive seen! She also answered several questions I had the day upon arrival and even came over on trash day and took the garbage cans to the road,WOW!! sometimes its just the little things in life that blow your mind! The only thing that might be better is,,, I asked the owner to change was to ad a comment box just because they are fun and informative for the owner! Since there was not one, I tex the owner about a concern of mine. The front foor although beautiful is has a glass inlay. At night time since the door almost faces the living room I would hang a sheet over it! She tex me today that she order and installed a custom made shade for the door!! JUST AWESOME!! People who actually listen to you! I wish some of my sellers would listen that good! It would make the sell of their home go faster! We are already trying to plan another vacation for the summer and we will be reserving our dates very soon! Looks like some of them are already filling up! All of the ropes were comfortable to hang out in after a nite time swim, it was so nice to swim at nite and see theDisney Fireworks everynite, the owner even made the white fence shorter on one side so we can all enjoy the fireworks! Like Really who does that? I will end with my favortie saying, TINY GETS WHAT TINY DOES!!!"

The Villages Travel Tips

The retirement community of The Villages is located in sunny, central Florida. It is 20 miles south of Ocala and 57 miles northwest of Orlando in Lake, Sumter and Marion counties. This development is home to more than 51,000 people and the fastest-growing micropolitan area in the U.S. as well as the fastest-growing small town.

The Villages' history dates back to the 1960s when Harold Schwartz, a Michigan businessman, sold land to retirees looking to escape to a warmer climate. Today, the descendants of Harold Schwartz and his son H. Gary Morse still control The Villages.

The Villages Attractions

The master-planned retirement community offers several forms of recreational activity. The Villages has numerous golf courses and offers "Free Golf for Life." Thirty-two of the courses are 9-hole layouts while the remaining 10 are country club championship courses. Two additional courses will be 27-hole layouts with a total of 621 holes of golf by the end of a final course build?-out.

Visit the Florida Carriage Museum and Resort and take a step back in time. This museum is home to the largest collection of antique horse-drawn carriages in the U.S. and is one of the largest in the world. There are more than 160 carriages from Europe and America, including the 1850 Ambruster Dress Chariot that once carried Emperor of Austria Franz Joseph and his wife, Elisabeth.

You can do plenty of shopping without leaving The Villages. There are boutiques scattered throughout the town squares, including many of the country's most popular brands. There are also grocery stores, pharmacies and superstores that will help you find everything you need. You can even venture throughout The Villages on your golf cart, the most fun way to travel through a small town.
