"Our family of five recently came to the Winter Park area for a wedding and made the very fortunate choice to rent this exquisite and tranquil home just a short walk away from the nearby Lake Virginia and Rollins College. Loved every minute of it and would highly recommend this comfortable and welcoming home in this quiet neighborhood. The house had plenty of room for all of us, an eye catching garden in the backyard and a meditative front porch--enclosed-with a bench swing to catch a view of the nearby lake. The hosts went overboard our first night there when we arrived a bit late at night and they drove us into town to help us find our way around for a late night dinner! The home interior reflects the artistic and literary oriented nature of the kind owners with captivating art and pottery pieces. Kitchen is very well supplied with everything needed for a big group and the AC, etc. is top notch. Hope to go back and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the Winter Park/ Orlando area!"

"My husband and I recently stayed 2 week in this charming cottage. John and Leslie were very accommodating and friendly. The cottage has an immediate at home feel and we were very comfortable. Close to all that Winter Park has to offer. Great shopping and best restaurants. We celebrated our daughter's and granddaughter's birthdays at the cottage and the space was perfect. Peaceful backyard with a deck and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to rent."

Beautiful home with all the amenities you'll need.
"We rented this home for a work retreat - this house was very well-suited for the occasion not only because of its size, but because each room has its own ensuite. The house is very well-decorated while being inviting and comfortable: there were lots of places - whether in the living area, library, or porch - where small groups could breakaway for conversation. This property provided the perfect environment to both work, reflect, and get to know each other (the superbly equipped kitchen with two dishwashers was perfect for us to cook up family-style dinners). The neighborhood is a short drive from the grocery store and the lovely Winter Park restaurants and shopping - this allowed folks to do their own thing and not feel stuck in the house. And as a Southerner with a love of porches to rock on, I have to say that this one provided a stunning view of the lake. The owners were very easy to work with, and their daughter gave us a very helpful orientation to the house when we arrived. Unless it is absolutely necessary for you to have daily housekeeping, this property is most definitely better in quality, atmosphere, and convenience than most hotels."

"We stayed with our 4 year old daughter for about a month - (work reasons).
The best thing about the property is that it is so close to restaurants/shops/ playgrounds and Winter Park village. It is simply furnished but comfortable, the view over the lake is very nice and the pool is handy, although there are no shade umbrellas which limits sitting out there in Summer. The main downside in the condo was the noisy air conditioner - which was especially loud in the back bedroom and the shower head really doesn't allow a well pressured, wide flow, otherwise we were happy."
