  • Best Location on Cocoa Beach

"We have stayed in 2 other units in Cocoa Beach Towers over the past 6 years and made the move to Judy"s this year for a month. The previous ones were nice, but, Great Move! Clean! Comfy! Very well equipped with everthing that's needed. Fully equipped kitchen, good furniture, plenty of good quality linens and towels. Had a minor fridge problem and Judy was right there and took care of it immediately. She obviously cares about her condo and her guests. We felt very much at home. Looking forward to returning next year."

  • Clean, comfortable, inviting

"Well-appointed, clean and inviting. We just spent slightly over a month enjoying the pristine beaches of Cocoa Beach while staying at this bright and bountiful condo. The owners live nearby and are most accommodating. The local restaurants are delicious, the surf and sun are more than inviting. The property managers keep the facility immaculate. This was our fourth year staying in this unit and we look forward to future stays at this well-kept property on an exquisite beach. It's definitely a little piece of heaven."

  • Exceptional Property!

"My siblings and I had a small family reunion at this condo and it couldn't have been nicer! Not only was it beautifully appointed but had a nice, open floor plan. The private elevator was also a nice bonus as my father has difficulty with steps. Surprisingly, it was much cheaper than renting individual hotel rooms! We can't wait for our next trip!"

  • Awesome for families with young children!

"This condo unit is the best in the building for families with young children! The owners are family-friendly and delightful. Convenience: any age could appreciate it, but our loveable littles need extra time to get ready, require more gear (diapers, etc.) and like (or need) to be carried a lot. Swimming, sand castles and seashell hunting are even more fun when they are right outside your back patio! Safety: there’s a lockable sliding glass door to the back patio, and a tall latching gate between the patio and the pool. (If you want to secure it a bit more, put a carabiner clip from the condo keychain on the patio gate latch, but our kids – ages 5 and 2 – didn’t unlatch it on their own). The main gates to the enclosed pool area and the exit to the beach path are locked and only accessible with resident/guest keys. Noise level: no problem here. The pool opens at 9am and closes at dusk. Even when other guests were enjoying the pool, we had no noise disturbances the whole time we were there. Comfort level: well designed, comfortable beds, clean and tidy. Beach Gear: Don’t worry about packing it – they’ve got it covered: a large beach umbrella, backpack beach chairs, towels, toys, sand shovels, skim board, body board, rolling cooler, pool noodles … seriously, there is a “magic” closet! We did the happy dance when we found it. Washer/Dryer: One of the best features! Pack light and wash when you need it. Kitchen: While well equipped for cooking or baking, we mainly used it to make quick, light meals. Going Green: There is a long line of large bins on the condo property dedicated to recycling. Very eco-friendly. Places to go: Our new favorite is the Brevard Zoo in Melbourne (about 30 minutes away). They have a water play area, so bring the swimsuits. Bring athletic shoes too, if you want to try the “treetop trek”. It’s a harness-safety fun course with tightropes, crabwalks, bridges, ziplines, etc. There are different levels and our 5-year-old loved the “chutes and ladders” course. There are lots of great places listed nearby, but it’s not far to drive to Downtown Disney or the Disney and Universal theme parks in Orlando (about an hour). If you’re going to make multiple trips to Orlando, it’s worth it to get a SunPass (prepaid toll). This is a keeper location that will bring fun family memories for years to come."
