  • WOW!!! LOVED IT!!

"I can't say enough about Beroja Palms! We took our son and his best friend down for a week for their last big trip before college in the fall - it was wonderful from start to finish!! Beroja Pams is perfect from entry way into the kitchen to the balcony off the master bedroom! We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you for opening your home up and making visitors feel so welcome! A BIG THANK YOU to Becky as well. A joy to talk with!"

  • Outstanding in every aspect!!!!!!!

"We arrived in the evening with our dog and the owner, as arranged, left the key for us and a note so we could settle in quickly. We were immediately impressed with the layout and the furnishings as soon as we walked into our second floor, two bedroom two bath unit. The morning brought about another great surprise-the view was amazing. The condo is located on the beach, set back by a private grass area and beach front deck. The sun rising over the ocean was an added pleasure as we enjoyed our morning coffee on the private balcony. For added convenience, brochures for many local restaurants and attractions were neatly stored in the living room. The owner came up the next day to be certain that we were settled, demonstrated the various appliances and amenities of the unit and made sure we had her phone number should the need arise. Carol the owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet!! The unit had a well equipped kitchen, should one wish to cook, a full dining room, comfortable living room and three TV sets! There was a washer and dryer inside the unit. Parking was abundant in the dedicated lot at the front of the units. The condo is a bit south of the downtown area of Cocoa Beach which added to the peace and serenity we were seeking. We had never traveled with our dog before and found the owner and condo very welcoming. On our last night there we were wished a safe drive home and a promise that our security deposit would be quickly returned-which is was! I would Highly recommend this condo for folks wanting a beach vacation with all the comforts of home! We visit family in the area frequently and will definitely seek out this unit for future visits."

  • Great Location and Accommodations

"The VRBO description accurately reflects this property. The reservJustin process was clear and convenient. The condo is equipped with everything that you need throughout the kitchen, baths, and bedroom. Just bring your swim suit and toothbrush! The floor plan is thoughtful and maximizes space and privacy. Located on the north side of the building, this unit offers plenty of natural light and an awesome view of the beach from inside as well as from the balcony. On cool mornings and evenings you can open the sliding door to hear the waves or dine on the balconys evening shade. The building and grounds are very well maintained with an excellent pool and easy access to the beach. Cool mornings by the pool are perfect for relaxing with a good book. Amy was very helpful when we had questions about the condo. The building neighbors were all very friendly as were the the local folks at the grocery stores and other retail shops. We enjoyed learning to surf, boogie boarding, kayaking with the dolphins and manatees at Banana River Park, evening walks to the pier, flying kites, and exploring the local community on our bicycles that we stored in the garage. We also sent our teenage kids for a ride in the biplane and drove to Disney-just an hour away. We would without reserve recommend this property because of its cleanliness, comfort, and proximity to many fun and affordable activities."

  • Awesome for families with young children!

"This condo unit is the best in the building for families with young children! The owners are family-friendly and delightful. Convenience: any age could appreciate it, but our loveable littles need extra time to get ready, require more gear (diapers, etc.) and like (or need) to be carried a lot. Swimming, sand castles and seashell hunting are even more fun when they are right outside your back patio! Safety: there’s a lockable sliding glass door to the back patio, and a tall latching gate between the patio and the pool. (If you want to secure it a bit more, put a carabiner clip from the condo keychain on the patio gate latch, but our kids – ages 5 and 2 – didn’t unlatch it on their own). The main gates to the enclosed pool area and the exit to the beach path are locked and only accessible with resident/guest keys. Noise level: no problem here. The pool opens at 9am and closes at dusk. Even when other guests were enjoying the pool, we had no noise disturbances the whole time we were there. Comfort level: well designed, comfortable beds, clean and tidy. Beach Gear: Don’t worry about packing it – they’ve got it covered: a large beach umbrella, backpack beach chairs, towels, toys, sand shovels, skim board, body board, rolling cooler, pool noodles … seriously, there is a “magic” closet! We did the happy dance when we found it. Washer/Dryer: One of the best features! Pack light and wash when you need it. Kitchen: While well equipped for cooking or baking, we mainly used it to make quick, light meals. Going Green: There is a long line of large bins on the condo property dedicated to recycling. Very eco-friendly. Places to go: Our new favorite is the Brevard Zoo in Melbourne (about 30 minutes away). They have a water play area, so bring the swimsuits. Bring athletic shoes too, if you want to try the “treetop trek”. It’s a harness-safety fun course with tightropes, crabwalks, bridges, ziplines, etc. There are different levels and our 5-year-old loved the “chutes and ladders” course. There are lots of great places listed nearby, but it’s not far to drive to Downtown Disney or the Disney and Universal theme parks in Orlando (about an hour). If you’re going to make multiple trips to Orlando, it’s worth it to get a SunPass (prepaid toll). This is a keeper location that will bring fun family memories for years to come."
