"Nice, Clean, Close to the beach. As advertised. Master bedroom huge, master shower was nice. Beach was close enough and was not crowded at all. Seems like most of cocoa beach area was old and this unit seemed more updated and newer than a lot of the area. Tv and wireless internet worked. Washer was broken but owners and property management bent over backwards to get it fixed as soon as they could. Boogie boards in garage were all broken. Would recommend a bigger tv in the master bedroom. Overall, a pleasant stay"Guest: dallasvisitor Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 25, 2014View listing
"This truely is the "Perfect Family Beach House"! The property is much larger than the pictures and description can show - the location is ideal only a 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach; the house is incredibly clean, very well maintained and everything was in good working order; the heated backyard pool and provided toys and floats were perfect for warm sunny afternoons in the pool. Our family of 5 adults and 2 children had the most perfect Thanksgiving Week on Cocoa Beach. With activities including a day at Kennedy Space Center, morning Wild Side Manatee Watching Tour, a day at Disney World's Magic Kingdom, witnessing the Atlas V Rocket launch, still with plenty of time to relax at the beach and pool. We'd like to highly recommend Slow and Low BBQ and the Lobster Shanty for deliciously places to eat in Cocoa Beach. The owner, Sam, is absolutely fantasic to work with, quickly responding to all email inquires making the booking of this property a breeze. Look no futher, I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to travel to the Space Coast, and I will hopefully be back again soon with family or friends and would plan my trip around the availability of this beach house."Guest: LovesTheSun Date of Stay: November 2011 Review Submitted: November 28, 2011View listing
"My family and I stayed here for our family Holiday in April 2014, 7 Adults & 2 Children. We arrived very late on our arrival and were all like big kids running around the house as we could not believe the size of it. It was by far, better than anything we had expected in terms of size and facilities. Like previously stated in a past review the house is quite dated and in need of some real TLC, a lick of paint would do it wonders. The pool was fantastic and the kids especially enjoyed all the inflatables left in the shed. Being on the beach was truly a dream, the access to the beach is rather over grown but you can still get through. The area is very nice and quiet you are within walking distance of about 20-30 mins to a beach bar/restaurant called Coconuts on the Beach which I can highly recommend. Shelly from Wells Boys Property Management was extremely helpful with assisting us with our booking and dealt with any queries extremely efficiently, I would recommend Shelly to anyone interested in booking this property. Thank you again for everything"Guest: Carolyn Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 29, 2014View listing
