"My husband and I spent 2 months here. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The wrap around deck is awesome. We hardly ran the air conditioning at all due to the great breeze off the ocean. Loved the proximity to the ocean as well as a great pool and jacuzzi. Our favorite restaurant was the Atlantic Ocean Grill right on the Cocoa Beach Pier within walking distance. We loved the area so much we bough a place so we have one to come to every year. Definitely recommend renting this unit. Noel was easy to work with and responsive."Guest: Rosemarie J. "My husband and I – and our dog, stayed here for one week. We found this lovely condo not to be as described: IT WAS BETTER! From the time we turned the key and opened the front door, looking into the unit, all we could say was, “Ah, how beautiful!” We enjoyed the serenity of beach and the quiet ocean song of the waves soothing our senses. Our dog enjoyed her walks in the grassy area, and the neighbors seemed to enjoy her. The owner was more than helpful, courteous and accommodating, and a long time resident of the area. It was most convenient to have laundry facilities in the unit, and to have the kitchen fully stocked with cooking equipment and utensils. The wireless Internet connection was most convenient; however, there were times when the connection would fail. That was not any fault of the owner. There are two sets of stairs to reach the unit, so one must keep that in mind when booking. We found them not to be a problem; we exercised that way. We would most gladly stay there again and highly recommend it."Guest: Jeanie Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 1, 2014View listing
"There's lots to like about this property. The location is great. Down the stairs/elevator, across the boardwalk (~60 yards) and you're on the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby (some in walking distance), as well as several supermarkets. It's about 1.4 miles up the beach to the Cocoa Beach pier, but only 1 block to iHop, DQ, and some good Mexican, Italian and Thai. The unit itself was VERY nice. Clean, well maintained, spacious, everything in good working order, kitchen reasonably well appointed for cooking. They even had a decent set of kitchen knives (very unusual in rentals). The beds were all comfortable and the furnishings were all in very good condition. We especially appreciated the leather couch (unit 201) since leather doesn't get musty and humid in the ocean weather. The owners clearly spent some effort supplying many of the "little things" that make a rental vacation easier. Beach things, dishwasher and laundry soap, good quality linens and towels. Even a nice bottle of wine was there to greet us when we arrived. The management did an outstanding job communicating with us and handled our one very minor problem (no cutting board in the kitchen) very quickly. Kudos to the management. Even with all the units sold out during our stay, the place was fairly quiet. Not much noise coming through from the other units. The condo had a good supply of beach items that were available to share. Beach chairs, boogey boards, beach mats, etc. it was nice that we didn't need to lug any of that stuff from home. Our only small complaints were the lack of a music system (gotta have music at the beach ;-)... Luckily we travel with some portable speakers that we can play from an ipod or computer) and that the unit did not have its own BBQ grill. There are shared grills by the pool, but we didn't find that very convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed this rental and would definitely recommend it if Cocoa beach is in your travel plans."Guest: B L. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 18, 2014View listing
"This is our second time staying in this condo (see my other review from 2010- Tracy in TN). He has always promptly answered questions via email. Additionally, the property is kept clean and neat. It is a short walk to the beach. We walk to the beach with the kids each morning, and then we return to the condo whenever we are ready for lunch. The condo is very simple and relaxed, and, in our experience, without many neighborly noises. The biggest selling point for us is the uncrowded beach front. (If you do want to be surrounded by beach-goers, it is just a short walk to the pier with surfers and volleyball nets, etc.). We just like to relax at the beach, and that is exactly what this property offers. It is nice to have our/your own piece of sand. :) If you want to go out, there are plenty of local places. We always try a new seafood place. If chain restaurants are more your thing, there is a mall with several just a few miles down 520."Guest: Tracy Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 25, 2014View listing
