"We stayed at this condo the week of July 19 - 25 with our 4 children (Ages 13 - 24). It was great! We didn't feel crowded, we had everything we needed, and we were all able to relax and enjoy ourselves. We want to go back and stay at the same place next year. David is very easygoing and accommodating! Easy to work with! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! Ralph & Sarah"Guest: Sarah Y. "Arriving at Alex and Debra's condo was everything we had been told and everything we had imagined it to be. My standards can be high for vacation rentals and this one did not disappoint in anyway! Stacy was just finishing up cleaning the condo along with her husband. Both very delightful people that felt like friends from the beginning. We felt like we were right at home. Everything was available in the condo that made our stay easy. The views are beautiful! The beach very quiet and a short walk to the pier if you desired more activities. We traveled with four girls ages 17-21, and they were very happy to spend a quiet week with these accommodations. Debra & I communicated many times over the course of a few months, and I found her to be very informative and easy to work with. My only disappointment was not being able to meet her! We vacation all over Florida, and I already know Alex and Debra's home will always stand out as the perfect place!"Guest: Mom5 Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 26, 2014View listing
"My husband and I – and our dog, stayed here for one week. We found this lovely condo not to be as described: IT WAS BETTER! From the time we turned the key and opened the front door, looking into the unit, all we could say was, “Ah, how beautiful!” We enjoyed the serenity of beach and the quiet ocean song of the waves soothing our senses. Our dog enjoyed her walks in the grassy area, and the neighbors seemed to enjoy her. The owner was more than helpful, courteous and accommodating, and a long time resident of the area. It was most convenient to have laundry facilities in the unit, and to have the kitchen fully stocked with cooking equipment and utensils. The wireless Internet connection was most convenient; however, there were times when the connection would fail. That was not any fault of the owner. There are two sets of stairs to reach the unit, so one must keep that in mind when booking. We found them not to be a problem; we exercised that way. We would most gladly stay there again and highly recommend it."Guest: Jeanie Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 1, 2014View listing
"This condo unit is the best in the building for families with young children! The owners are family-friendly and delightful. Convenience: any age could appreciate it, but our loveable littles need extra time to get ready, require more gear (diapers, etc.) and like (or need) to be carried a lot. Swimming, sand castles and seashell hunting are even more fun when they are right outside your back patio! Safety: there’s a lockable sliding glass door to the back patio, and a tall latching gate between the patio and the pool. (If you want to secure it a bit more, put a carabiner clip from the condo keychain on the patio gate latch, but our kids – ages 5 and 2 – didn’t unlatch it on their own). The main gates to the enclosed pool area and the exit to the beach path are locked and only accessible with resident/guest keys. Noise level: no problem here. The pool opens at 9am and closes at dusk. Even when other guests were enjoying the pool, we had no noise disturbances the whole time we were there. Comfort level: well designed, comfortable beds, clean and tidy. Beach Gear: Don’t worry about packing it – they’ve got it covered: a large beach umbrella, backpack beach chairs, towels, toys, sand shovels, skim board, body board, rolling cooler, pool noodles … seriously, there is a “magic” closet! We did the happy dance when we found it. Washer/Dryer: One of the best features! Pack light and wash when you need it. Kitchen: While well equipped for cooking or baking, we mainly used it to make quick, light meals. Going Green: There is a long line of large bins on the condo property dedicated to recycling. Very eco-friendly. Places to go: Our new favorite is the Brevard Zoo in Melbourne (about 30 minutes away). They have a water play area, so bring the swimsuits. Bring athletic shoes too, if you want to try the “treetop trek”. It’s a harness-safety fun course with tightropes, crabwalks, bridges, ziplines, etc. There are different levels and our 5-year-old loved the “chutes and ladders” course. There are lots of great places listed nearby, but it’s not far to drive to Downtown Disney or the Disney and Universal theme parks in Orlando (about an hour). If you’re going to make multiple trips to Orlando, it’s worth it to get a SunPass (prepaid toll). This is a keeper location that will bring fun family memories for years to come."Guest: Bagley Family Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 25, 2014View listing
