  • Awesome Condo

"My husband and I spent 2 months here. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The wrap around deck is awesome. We hardly ran the air conditioning at all due to the great breeze off the ocean. Loved the proximity to the ocean as well as a great pool and jacuzzi. Our favorite restaurant was the Atlantic Ocean Grill right on the Cocoa Beach Pier within walking distance. We loved the area so much we bough a place so we have one to come to every year. Definitely recommend renting this unit. Noel was easy to work with and responsive."

  • My Favorite Vacation

"I loved my stay at this house. I spent my vacation with family and friends and there was something to do for everyone! The boys spent most of the days fishing. There are a lot of good fishing spots (beach, pier, banana river, etc.) The girls rented surf boards at Ron Jons. The beach is such a short walk away and is a little piece of heaven. There is no crowd and it is relaxing and beautiful. The pier is action packed and is only a couple of blocks away -always a blast. There is lots to do at the pier, live music, good food, surfing, fishing, volley ball etc. There is plenty of night life- a ton of fun bar/restaurants right on the water. I'd recommend checking out Coconuts, Fish Lips, Milliken's Reef- all fun beach restaurants and bars. We also saw a comedy show at Gregory's which was only a couple of minutes away. It was hilarious! This house is in a very convenient location with everything close by. Try the Pay What You Want Taxi Service. On nights that we didn't go out, is was a pleasure to hang at the house and enjoy the deck! Waking up in this beautiful beach home is the perfect start to any day. It is super super clean, spacious, and beautiful- better than the pictures show. It was a pleasure to cook meals for everyone in the large kitchen. The owners are very sweet and accommodating. They helped us plan an amazing stay. I look forward to coming back each year! Doesn't get better than this"

  • Awesome for families with young children!

"This condo unit is the best in the building for families with young children! The owners are family-friendly and delightful. Convenience: any age could appreciate it, but our loveable littles need extra time to get ready, require more gear (diapers, etc.) and like (or need) to be carried a lot. Swimming, sand castles and seashell hunting are even more fun when they are right outside your back patio! Safety: there’s a lockable sliding glass door to the back patio, and a tall latching gate between the patio and the pool. (If you want to secure it a bit more, put a carabiner clip from the condo keychain on the patio gate latch, but our kids – ages 5 and 2 – didn’t unlatch it on their own). The main gates to the enclosed pool area and the exit to the beach path are locked and only accessible with resident/guest keys. Noise level: no problem here. The pool opens at 9am and closes at dusk. Even when other guests were enjoying the pool, we had no noise disturbances the whole time we were there. Comfort level: well designed, comfortable beds, clean and tidy. Beach Gear: Don’t worry about packing it – they’ve got it covered: a large beach umbrella, backpack beach chairs, towels, toys, sand shovels, skim board, body board, rolling cooler, pool noodles … seriously, there is a “magic” closet! We did the happy dance when we found it. Washer/Dryer: One of the best features! Pack light and wash when you need it. Kitchen: While well equipped for cooking or baking, we mainly used it to make quick, light meals. Going Green: There is a long line of large bins on the condo property dedicated to recycling. Very eco-friendly. Places to go: Our new favorite is the Brevard Zoo in Melbourne (about 30 minutes away). They have a water play area, so bring the swimsuits. Bring athletic shoes too, if you want to try the “treetop trek”. It’s a harness-safety fun course with tightropes, crabwalks, bridges, ziplines, etc. There are different levels and our 5-year-old loved the “chutes and ladders” course. There are lots of great places listed nearby, but it’s not far to drive to Downtown Disney or the Disney and Universal theme parks in Orlando (about an hour). If you’re going to make multiple trips to Orlando, it’s worth it to get a SunPass (prepaid toll). This is a keeper location that will bring fun family memories for years to come."
