  • Summer Vacation

"Great place to stay for your summer getaway. Arrived after 4pm on Saturday so we had to make arrangements to get the keys which was no problem. No need to bring anything but your bathing suit and evening attire. Everything else was there. Great views of the ocean and intercoastal. My son and I also went deep sea fishing with The Critter Fleet just down the road. Highly recommended as we had a great day and fish for supper. The only problem was that the week went by way too fast. If you want a carefree week or more this is the place."

  • Relaxing Getaway

"This is a comfortable unit with everything needed for relaxing stay. The complex itself is smaller than most (only 30 units) so you don't feel crowded or cramped. There is a nice pool area with a shaded gazebo and easy access to the beach. Being on the 1st floor allows the resident access straight out the sliding door patio area to the pool/sundeck and beach below without riding elevators or circling to and from the main entrace in the front. As this lowest level sits high, there's still a nice view of the ocean from the slider and patio with a small grassy area that provides a private feel. Neighbors were friendly, and we quickly felt at home here. Highly recommended."

  • Quiet and comfortable

"I stayed in apartment 704 for just over two weeks in January 2015 and had a lovely time. To start with, Pat was so friendly and very helpful in arranging things. She went out of her way to stay in contact and provide me with additional information on local shopping etc. I arrived late and the keys/information were left in a lock box and I had no trouble accessing everything. She's decorated the apartment with wonderful little touches that remind you that you're on a beach vacation. All the furniture was in great shape and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and everything worked well. There were more than enough dishes to create any meal I could think off and the coffee maker was fantastic. The apartment isn't really beachfront but it does have a wide view of the beach and pier. The apartment building is on the quiet end of Daytona Beach Shores and conveniently located to visit Ponce Inlet or Daytona Beach by car. It's an older building and needs a bit of maintenance. One of the elevators was broken on and off while I was there but there was another so it didn't bother me. The washing machines and dryers on my floor worked well and the front desk had change for them. The pool and hot tub were small but heated and great for a swim or soak after a long walk on the beach."

  • Hoping to Return!!

"We stayed at this unit for the month of March and could not have enjoyed it more. It was so comfortable and the view is beyond description. The second floor worked out great. I think it is our favorite floor for convenience and view. The beach was gorgeous and the weather turned out to be so beautiful. We walked to Crabby Joe's for lunch a few times. Enjoyed restaurants in Ponce Inlet, Daytona, and Palm Coast. We hope to rent this condo again in the near future."
